My first café con leche, and it is delicioso! One of three places right across from the train…read morestation and bus station in Santander. Has free wifi (ask for the password), so es muy perfecto for waiting for the train (which runs every hour). The servers were so nice to a non-Spanish speaking American. There are two little red tables out front (standing or sitting), and ample other seating inside or out. Santander is a wonderful place to visit, especially when you make it to the beach part. OMG, I'm now a coffee drinker when I wasn't before. I will drink too much of this. I hated coffee in the U.S.

Other than just not what I was looking for and my mistake ordering the wrong thing, it is a beautiful place and would be a great casual yet romantic spot for a drink. I wish I could give a better, more detailed review. All I have to say is that a taco in Spain is not a taco in America. lol. Or maybe it just said 'tapa'. . . . I don't know.
