Has free wifi (ask for the password), so es muy perfecto for waiting for the train (which runs every hour). The servers were so nice to a non-Spanish speaking American. There are two little red tables out front (standing or sitting), and ample other seating inside or out. Santander is a wonderful place to visit, especially when you make it to the beach part. OMG, I'm now a coffee drinker when I wasn't before. I will drink too much of this. I hated coffee in the U.S.

I didn't necessarily find the guy at the bar the most accommodating, but I'm sure that is just his personality. Other than just not what I was looking for and my mistake ordering the wrong thing, it is a beautiful place and would be a great casual yet romantic spot for a drink. I wish I could give a better, more detailed review. All I have to say is that a taco in Spain is not a taco in America. lol. Or maybe it just said 'tapa'. . . . I don't know.
