Filled with trendy wood, metal, candles and chalkboards this bar is very cool. There are a variety of tables and high tops which are hard to come by. Every time I have visited it seems to be full, but there are plenty of tables outside if it's warm enough (especially since they have heaters!). Prices aren't bad for the nice location Bokaal offers. A large Heineken will set you back about 5 euros, which is a good price for being located in the heart of Rotterdam. Beyond just the drinks, they have a decent selection of food which all looked nice, but I didn't get the chance to try. About ten beers on tap that all come in their own branded glass which is a nice touch so you can tell what people are drinking. Also a selection of liquor and bottled beverages to choose from.

Café 'de Engel' is a very nice place next to the Delft church…read more We absolutely love it here. Have a plate of warm snacks ('bittergarnituur') and order a special beer like a Grimbergen or la Chouffe. We go here every time we are in Delft and have never been disappointed.
