Most important aspects first: free WiFi (the password is scribbled on the blackboard behind the counter), friendly staff, quiet lounge music and all in all quite the relaxed atmosphere with really comfy chairs. They have a great selection of sweet treats - I tried the white chocolate & lemon muffin, sounds weird, tastes like heaven! Apparently they also sell frozen yoghurt, though it was far too cold to try that out! The coffee is good, nothing mind-blowing or exceptional, but simply good, at quite decent prices. Only drawback: too many seats for such a small café...it was quiet when I was here, but if this place is crowded, I'd hate to have people all around me. Super cool vibe inside, you can see and smell the roaster and the pipes that run the coffee to the machines. The coffee bags from the various sources countries are throughout the entrance, and there's a lot of them! We had such a good experience the first time that we went back again the next day since it was near our hotel. Great place to relax for a while and grab a bite with a coffee or two. It is very quaint and intimate. Handful of tables and chairs to relax to enjoy the food while you read a book or get some work done on the computer. The menu is very easy to follow. My eyes did gaze to the glass incasement to the right of the register that offered other muffins, drinks, and cookies. But again, the Acai was the target. As I waited for their preparation, I snapped a few photos of the cool spot. At last the Acai bowl arrived and the presentation was immaculate! This wasn't your typical Acai bowl. It had more seeds and other ingredients that I had never seen before. Every detail of the bowl was organized and carefully thought out, even to the clean finish of the passion fruit on top of the spoon. After one bite, I was in heaven.
