The bakery was a few blocks away from the Malecon and located in a pretty commercialized area. If you're not looking for this place, you'll miss it. This was one of the few bakeries I came across in PV that actually had multiple items I wanted to try. I initially went with a chocolate mousse, but last minute I spotted a Kahlua cheesecake that I pivoted to. The Kahlua cheesecake was great. The texture was light and fluffy, and I appreciated that it wasn't overly sweet. It did have a prominent Kahlua flavor. Customer service was totally fine. They had bottomless coffee and a bunch of freshly squeezed juices which was a great start. Obviously, I had to order pancakes at a place called the Pancake House. I expected them to be good, but wow...they ended up being some of the best pancakes I've ever had. Thick, fluffy, and somehow perfectly soaked up the syrup without getting soggy. It was a stack of three and looked like way too much at first... but I genuinely couldn't stop eating them. My boyfriend got the French toast, and I barely managed to sneak in one bite before it disappeared but that one bite was incredible! I get why he didnt want to share it lol. The service was quick and super friendly. We were joking around with our waiter the whole time which made it even better. The whole place has a really cute vibe too with plants everywhere. Honestly, it was the perfect last meal and such a great way to spend our final morning. I'm definitely going to be dreaming about those pancakes for a long time.
