Each cup is lovingly and painstakingly prepared and if you sit and watch how he works, you could learn so much. While I waited for my double espresso, I was amazed by how much care he put into the preparation of someone else's filter coffee. There's an interesting video about him on Vimeo, it's well worth watching! Highly and completely recommended as a destination cafe in Denmark!
