My understanding is that wine farmers are allowed to open up a Buschenshank several weeks a year to offer local wine and cold foods. Several of the meats were heavily smoked :-)!!! We had hoped to sit on the deck which overlooks the orchards and farmland, however, the weather did not cooperate and the staff quickly relocated us inside. One of the staff is an English teacher at a local school, so that helped with my customers. Be sure to make a table reservation as this place is quite popular with the locals.
