I ordered the Mahogany Brown and absolutely loved it, the caramel rim was the perfect touch, almost like having a little dessert after dinner. I also tried my friends' cocktails, and each one was unique, creative, and perfectly balanced. One even arrived in a Chinese takeout box with a fortune cookie, which was such a fun surprise! The music was an eclectic mix of pop, folk, alternative, and classic rock. The bar is Charles Darwin-themed with abundant evolution and Darwin paraphernalia around the bar. I tried the Balimero. The bar has a rocky ceiling that creates the atmosphere of a bar built into a cave. At the beginning of our visit, they played American rock from the early 2000s before switching to German rock from the same period. I ordered the Caipirinha.
