That's a mystery because the cool original Konditorei in Favoriten has the kitschiest Coca-Cola bottle on its roof that I have ever seen. It is like something out of Route 66 in the dusty and rural Southwestern USA. Now for the Krapfen (doughnuts) .... or better yet the Schlemmerkrapfen. These are the best in central Europe. The closest you come to Krapfen that can compare in flavor and consistency are Pączki from Krakow, Poland. It's a total toss-up which are better. But since Krakow is a little too far away, at least one should never go too long when in Vienna without a Krapfen from Groissböck unless you are a diabetic or are on a diet. And the oldest Groissböck on the Neilreichgasse in Favoriten is the best place to experience this delicacy .... make that delicacies .... because you can't just eat one of these Schlemmerkrapfen!
