To order, you just fill out a paper slip with the number and quantity of the sandwiches you want. My picks included the tortilla (Spanish potato omelette) with spicy brava sauce; the crunchy baby eels with aioli; and the salty Grand Reserve Serrano ham with Iberico cheese. But my favorites of the ones I tried were the Carrillera al vino tinto (tender pork cheeks with red wine) and the smoked salmon with Brie and honey mustard sauce. In addition to the sandwiches, I also got the Black Edition salad, which came with lettuce topped with smoked salmon, Brie, cherry tomatoes, and chopped onions.
