A hundred selections may sound like a lot, but many of the sandwiches contained combinations of the same ingredients with different sauces or toppings. To order, you just fill out a paper slip with the number and quantity of the sandwiches you want. My picks included the tortilla (Spanish potato omelette) with spicy brava sauce; the crunchy baby eels with aioli; and the salty Grand Reserve Serrano ham with Iberico cheese. But my favorites of the ones I tried were the Carrillera al vino tinto (tender pork cheeks with red wine) and the smoked salmon with Brie and honey mustard sauce. In addition to the sandwiches, I also got the Black Edition salad, which came with lettuce topped with smoked salmon, Brie, cherry tomatoes, and chopped onions. Though there was nothing special about the salad, the plate of sandwiches made for an unbelievable value meal (especially at an airport) and came with potato chips, which made for a nice side.
