The food and service here are spectacular, and have really good prices. Even in the middle of winter, they have a courtyard area full of heaters to warm you up. It's absolutely a hidden gem, as it doesn't look like a typical cafe from the front. I ate here at least twice in a row, and loved it both times. Even though both times were very busy, there was always a clean table available without waiting, service at the counter was fast, and food and coffee came out without much of a wait at all. I was really impressed considering how slow their other cafe is in South City. We ate and had coffee both times and the flavour was great and the size of meal was fairly priced. The only very minor negatives are that its position in the main street and at the front of the Marketplace can sometimes make parking difficult unless you want to park in the Marketplace carpark, which isn't all that convenient if you're just there for The Coffee Club. On both occasions we got a park on the street without a hassle so it wasn't a negative for me but may be for others or in the future. The other thing is that when they're busy, it's very noisy due to the acoustics in there with everyone talking. Again, that's very minor but it did affect how long I wanted to stay after we'd finished our meal. Overall a great experience both times and I'll continue to go back there for brunch in future.
