I loved that their coffee is locally roasted in Palma and they sell their coffee beans which makes for a great souvenir gift. The Latte was creamy, full, and slightly acidic. It gave me the caffeine kick I needed to start the day. I went with the Ijen Highlands Coffee Beans as it was one of the freshest batches they had (made earlier that week). The coffee beans alone smell amazing with notes of mango lassi, plums, and creamy cacao. Once brewed, those notes were still there and tasted excellent in lattes too. Great coffee spot in Mallorca; check them out!
