Salt & Crab didn't survive the pandemic and was replaced with Cafe B.O.M. I convinced a friend to accompany me to this new eatery. It's nice and spacious, with high ceilings and tables that are spaced far apart. Perfect for both small and large groups with indoor and outdoor seating. There is an area dedicated to a photo-wall and a couch. If you need to powder your nose for your photoshoot, there is a lovely bathroom at the back of the restaurant. The staff are friendly and helpful in answering our questions. We ordered the following:
- Passionfruit Ade - tastes like a delicious Italian soda
- Caramel Machiatto - my friend's, I didn't try it
- Shrimp and garlic pizza was really good with succulent shrimp, zesty sauce, and loads of stretchy mozzarella cheese. The crust had a little char, crisp edges and a satisfying chew.
- Strawberry cheesecake was thick and rich
They give you a pager that goes off when your order is ready. The pizza arrived quick, fresh out of the oven.
After our lunch we walked over to the photo-wall. One of the staff spotted us and met us there to take our picture, how thoughtful! Afterwards, we proceeded outside to walk off the calories. Don't forget to stop by the replica of the Eiffel Tower for a pic!
We enjoyed the food, the drinks and the ambiance. We're looking forward to returning. read more
