Trying to support local as usual. Just to have zero welcome into the business, even though the owner stared right at me. Be skipped in line after an already long wait then when I said I was out of here the "owner" told me while waving his hand to just get out among other choice words. I replied simply fuck you ‍ matched energies. Walked out and that was that, or so I thought. Tell me why a grown adult, one of the owners Darian Blauch decided to then follow me instead of actually helping the customers still waiting inside, recording me from the shop to the Jeep and try to get the license plate. All because I didn't want to spend money because of their terrible customer service. Never even a acknowledgement of the long wait. When told to get away from myself and the vehicle he just said it's public property and stayed harassing and stalking. Idk what grown man thinks it's acceptable to act like that, but according to PD this isn't uncommon for him to act like this. They've had multiple calls for his same actions.

We ordered lattes and were disappointed with our drinks. I opted to throw mine away vs finishing it. The espresso was a dark roast that was very bitter. We were not impressed and would not recommend.

It's located right next to a bank and another business, so the area feels a bit busy, and the parking lot is a little tricky to navigate. The inside of the shop is very inviting, though I'll say the customer service could use some improvement. When you walk in, there's a kiosk where you place your order. We ordered four iced coffees (nothing fancy) and one hot coffee, and it took about 20 minutes for everything to be ready. When we went up to ask about our order, we realized our drinks had actually been sitting there for a while, our name just hadn't been called. Because of that, the whipped cream and cold foam on the iced coffees had melted more than they should have. The coffee itself was really good. I enjoyed it a lot and could taste the clean, quality brew. My one complaint is the to-go hot cups, they weren't sturdy at all. My husband's cup actually crumbled and spilled on him a few times, to the point where he gave up trying to drink it.

I would certainly order this again. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

In fact to get out you have to wind your way through several streets! On entry there were a few couples sipping coffee and eating pastry, and mostly 30 somethings typing away on their computers. Two tables for 4 or more had been claimed individually by the free wifi work from home singles. If I ruled the world I would have an area of counter space for them instead of having one person hogging a 4 top spread out all over the venue. They had bottled peach tea one of us preferred, but I got a London Fog tea and added two packs of raw sugar to make it just right. We split a chicken salad sandwich I had seen on their website menu and it was packed full of chicken salad with a very nice consistency and in need of salt and pepper. Still it was filling for both of us. The sandwich and 2 drinks was about $18 plus tip. Self bussing of tables is convenient and expected. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We both agreed to a return visit at some point. It has an industrial scaled down Starbucks vibe and probably attracts the same patronage. Easy in and out access to the establishment itself but as I said, leaving the parking lot is a separate adventure.

I PAID for EVERYTHING I used so don't EVER call me a thief!!!…read more I'm extremely disappointed by the way they handled this as you can see the TEXT I received from Cocalico Coffee accusing me of stealing because I added some cream to my latte and added four Splenda packets. I have never used or took any syrups from this establishment, I don't even use syrups, too much sugar!! I never even took extra Splenda or napkins. The MANY times I've been in there now I feel like I'm singled out and have been being watched the entire time. Why?? Creepy to be quite honest! I feel violated!! If there was a concern about how I was customizing my drink or about the amount of cream or sweetener I used, I would have been perfectly willing to discuss it. However, being told that using a small amount of cream and four Splendas is "considered stealing" AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT made me feel incredibly disrespected and unnecessarily accusatory. I have been a customer and have supported this business for quite awhile, so receiving a message that essentially labels me a thief over this I'm disgusted. The bracelets I bought I cut up as well, "self care club" and "can't steal my joy" seems hypocritical to wear. So they are in the garbage. Put anything behind the counter if you want to measure each drop and packet. Don't forget a dropper. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope management will reconsider how situations like this is communicated in the future. I'm done. It comes down to cream I used to top off my latte and a couple of splenda? I don't need you and neither does the people who support me! My family, my friends and ALL of my followers have my back and are coming with me!
