Cafe 4 You have Giancarlo coffee. This is THE reason to come here. It's good and fits the "coffee is my life" slogan to a T (or coffeeee). It's also cheap in comparison to some of the other inner city cafes with a take away espresso costing $2.50 and my fav - a soy mocha at $2.70 + 30c extra for the soy.
Though I didn't eat one the toasted sandwiches smelt delicious - no burnt cheese or old oil on the cooker here. My pick from the modest breaky and lunch menu is the bagel with smoked salmon, cream cheese and capers for $6.50. They also sell sandwiches pre maid on dark rye and grain bread can make one up fresh for you. There's curried egg, turkey and cranberry along with the other standard ham and chicken combos. There's some interesting looking blueberry bagels and muffins if you fancy a sweet treat.
This is more of a small cafeteria style Cafe so not exactly a place to dine with the girlfriends or business meetings. Saying that there are a lot of suites from the offices in the building who get their morning coffee as well as local residents and the occasional girl from the Winona school next door.
On a sunny day the picnic tables outside or the grassy area nearby surrounded by green foliage is a nice place to sip this pretty tasty coffee brew.
