I was quoted $1700 and up for new carpet and knew I couldn't afford it & had a renter coming in a week. I took a chance and called this company and spoke to a woman ( can't remember name) but she took time to talk about my situation I sent her pictures of carpet and she even offered reasonable pricing on their carpet warehouse if it came to that. She was straight forward, upfront and said she couldn't promise the stains would come out but explained her crew was around for over 10 years and they would do their best- so I took a shot. It was $250, which could have been a waste of the carpet didn't clean up well- she sent her two guys out the next day- they arrived on time in a professional marked vehicle and were so professional and awesome. The main guy was confident he would get most of the stains out and after 2 hours of working hard with stain removal treatment & cleaning .. EVERY SINGLE STAIN CAME OUT except the small green slime from my kids over 6 years ago that was embedded. These guys left me with a 13 year old carpet that looked brand new and smelled amazing! I am so pleased I had to write a review. Thank you guys!! You saved me a lot of money.
