Our…read moreserver was extremely kind, made sure we always had water, and worked hard to ensure our English-French language barrier didn't stop us from having a good time. By far the best service we've had in Paris. The food was also quiet delicious! We had the duck confit, the shrimp pasta, and the steak au poivre, all of which we recommend. The duck was tender without being greasy, the steak was a little tough because of the cut, but the pepper sauce made up for it, and the shrimp pasta was tasty. We also got a couple café gourmands which were quite large and decadent; a great way to end this meal.

I had wanted pesto fettucine but he said that if I wanted to have pasta, I should go to Italy. Here, we have French food. So he made me order the duck confit, which turned out to be REALLY good. Even the sides were good and I finished everything on my plate. Oh and a giant blob of whip cream in the centre. I was going to burst. The full bill was 22 40 Euro for the two. Not cheap, but I guess typical for the area.
