Hubby and I were driving around Provence and stopped in the beautiful village of Séguret. We saw…read morethis cozy cafe and stopped in for dessert and a drink. What a great find. We had a table next to a window overlooking what seemed like the entire Provence region. I can't imagine a better view with an afternoon tea break. I had a tea called relaxante, a blend of Rooibos and caramel tea, so delicious I would have bought a box of it right then and there. I also had the raspberry jam tart, which was homemade and the best tart I've ever had. My husband had a cafe au lait which was fine (France is not known for it's coffee). He also had a homemade raspberry/rhubarb crumble with whipped cream and it was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. All of the desserts are homemade and if you find yourself in Provence, you should go out of your way to visit this gem. The owner was very friendly and spoke some English, which is always helpful.
