I found more storage that was easier for me ( I'm 5'1) with the camper, but the cabin was really cool! One of the best features of the campgrounds was the staff. All except for 1 person, I would rate them a 10/10! I camped with my bestie over the weekend and my kids mentioned the lady with the attitude at the front to my friend. She knew exactly who we were referencing. BUT besides the one person, EVERYONE was amazing, maintainance had us laughing after we got locked out of our cabins, Everyone else at the front desk were kind and helpful. The manager at the restaurant was loving her job, and also helpful!! This time I learned to ask to find out when different events took place, once I got help with that, we had tricker treaters, cabin decorations, and knew when different activities were. The Boo and Brew was fun! Kings island transportation was seamless!! There is a lot to do, and it's a nice get away for a budget friendly family! I will be staying next summer a lot just for the ease of KI transportation!! Thank you Jellystone staff!!

Tuesday, bar open, no one around to serve though. Staff is super friendly when you interact with them but just know the perks like poolside bar, adults only pool and poolside service are spotty and you will NOT be enjoying an adults only pool. Shuttle is super clean, on time, great perk for visiting Kings Island. Overall, we booked for certain advertised perks that we didn't get so we would not return at $150 a night.

It didn't take long, however to notice that the pictures on the property listing don't reflect the current reality. The cabin is badly in need of a deep clean. When we walked upstairs the room full of beds was perfect for the occasion, but we walked on the balcony to find filthy, outdated furniture and dirt and debris all over the balcony. The windows were filthy, the coffee maker and toaster were nasty, and there was a thick layer of dirt peaking out from under the couch. There was a visible dust layer on everything, the board games, the air hockey table, in every corner and windowsill. The paddle board decals are all coming off and the board wasn't blown up enough to use. The propane fire pit had no propane. All the outdoor furniture was covered in bird poop and dirt, including the front porch furniture and around the fire pit. There was also an outdoor container next to the fire pit that had several bags of trash in it, creating an unpleasant stench as we sat near the fire pit. We live locally, so we went to our home and got a leaf blower to try to clean off the patio/balcony and I had to wipe down all the chairs around the fire pit so that we could sit there without getting filthy. We understand that this is a farm setting, however for the cost, more attention needs to be given to cleanliness and replacing small appliances, or at least giving them some much needed attention. On a positive note, the animals were cute and we enjoyed the kittens that hung around the porch.
