All I came said "Professional" Dr. Claire Willie is far and away the best doctor I have ever met and nothing I can say really does justice to her: She is extremely intelligent, a compassionate and caring person ,and a truly outstanding doctor. I count myself truly lucky to have found her. I have known Dr Willie since she first opened her practice. I strongly feel that Dr. Willie is sort of the ideal of a family doctor. She genuinely cares, she is professional and she makes an investment in the health and well being of her patients. That is as rare as duck' teeth in today's world. I've been a patient for almost 10 years and my experience with this practice over the past few years has declined, with the exception of Ms. Alston. I've attempted to refill my medication online, which is the quickest way and they have dropped one of my medications. Also, when I called to leave a message about my medication refills, the voicemail drops the call within 30 seconds. The reason I'm leaving this review is because I've had several incidents as it pertains to my medication. From the nurses not submitting the refills to issues like this. read more

OMG!!! The left hand does NOT talk to the right in regards to payments and billing with Caedel Medical group. And on top of that, they're soooo concerned about $$$ and not about actual patient care that I just cancelled my appointment. Which I needed because I need to go over my ECHO and lab results from my physical, but cancelled at the last second because they can't get their BILLING CORRECT and speaking with them turns FRUSTRATING. Bedside manner is something they lack. And my wife went in for a physical and wanted to discuss menopause related issuesand literally was told to BOOK ANOTHER APPOINTMENT by the doctor because they were'nt a liberty to discuss those items at that appointment. Like, what's a primary healthcare provider for? Who do you work for? Caedel. I will make sure that I will tell Blue Cross Athem and my union in regards to this. Do better with patients. read more

This is the worst facility ever. The lady at the front desk is the worst. She is very rude and unprofessional. My provider is good with when it comes to healthcare but she swindled me out of 65 dollars a couple months ago. She told me I would get it back but I never did. Needless to say I will be changing providers. read more

I have been a patient for almost 20 years. I have had several instances with this practice with extra long wait times (Riverdale and old Fayetteville across from the hospital locations). I think over the years the longest I've waited was 2 hours in the waiting room. But my husband desperately needed to see the doctor so we waited. There is a high turnover of good NP and PA's (3 that are no longer with the practice and who I've always scheduled my appointments with. (Not to mention the Fayetteville location off 54 closed, which was perfect and hardly no wait times).  The visit prior to the one I'm going to write about was horrible. The new nurse practitioner didn't listen and I felt as though I had to defend myself. She thought knew everything about me, yet never opened my chart prior to the visit. She seemed a like a know it all.  I left feeling torn apart. I did contact the office manager, who stated she put in my chart a notification so the staff would never schedule me with her.  My review is because of the incident I had recently. My appointment was at 2 and I arrived and finished paying my copay ($95) a little before 2. There were signs that said return to your car. I did see people waiting in the waiting area, but asked if I could wait inside my car. The receptionist said yes and that they would call me when they were ready for me. I sat in my car until 2:40 and went in and asked how long it would be and that I needed to use the restroom. The receptionist asked my name and I told her. A patient said, they called your name 3 times. By this time I'm angry. No apology or anything. I was told to go to the restroom and then I waited in the hallway for someone to take my BP, etc., but of course no one was available. Finally, someone comes, and does the MA stuff. I briefly explained my frustration. Again, no apology. She placed me in a room and said there were no rooms available. Then she comes back and puts me in another room. I sit and wait and wait. Finally, another MA (someone new) comes on and asks why I'm here and for my urine. I told her I'd already given it. She leaves and I wait again. Finally,  I get up and head towards the receptionist. I hear the same MA say, is (my name) free to go. I said, "no one ever came." I then told the receptionist that I needed a refund and that no one ever came. I did receive my refund right then.  In addition, I am trying to figure out why I have 0.01 charges on my bill. A charge for being a non smoker and other 0.01 charges and a charge for an urinalysis that I never submitted. I've called the office twice and left voicemails to ask for a bill with diagnosis codes and to question my past bills, but to no avail. I am parting ways and will never ever return. read more

So far I'm praying. I know I'm in God's hands and that's the only thing that makes me feel better at this point. I went in for blood work 2 weeks ago and returned to go over the results. The initial NP wasn't who saw me the second time. When I returned it seemed like I'd never been there before. They asked me the same questions over again. When the NP walked in she lumped all my symptoms up to the fact I told them I drink alcohol on occasion and used vapes(my mistake). I then asked about my blood work. She had no clue I had blood work done. She rushed off and returned with a few sheets of paper I'm sure she barely looked at as she was only gone a few minutes. I had to ask her to check specific things about my blood work initially she said "oh they didn't test for that" then reversed and said oh yes they did.... She told me she recommended blood pressure meds. I simply wanted to ask a few questions about the medications but she scolded me saying "you're worried about what medication I'm going to give you but you drink and vape" I felt so small and hopeless talking to her. She then said "I'll prescribe the medicine, I don't really care if you take it or not", then stood and walked out of the room. It was frustrating and scary to have someone with that attitude looking over my health. I've been questioning should I follow their advice or seek health advice elsewhere. I'm really not feeling well and now I feel trapped in a worse situation. I've been waiting over 24hrs for them to send my prescription into CVS. They said they were sending it over yesterday but when I got to CVS they had no record of a prescription for me. After several calls to the office someone who answered the phone admitted they forgot to send it and it may take up to 48 for a nurse to send the prescription after she requested. I also had to pay $65 for FMLA paperwork to be filed by the nurses. I'm afraid now with the lack of coordination this could cost me my job as it is time sensitive for the paperwork to be submitted to my employer. I usually try to drive out a little further when dealing with things this important, but most clinics were booked and this one had the earliest appointment. I ended up having to go to the Riverdale location... Please pray for me read more

If you have a disability or other issue that prevents you from talking on the phone, avoid this place like the plague. I made no fewer than 4 requests for an appointment. In every one of them, I asked that they email me instead of call. I never once received an email. The last one was almost exclusively in all caps saying things like EMAIL EMAIL EMAIL DON'T CALL JUST EMAIL, and I've still not received an email. I eventually gave up and found another provider. read more
