To begin, I want to recognize the positives. The studio setup was impressive, modern, well-organized, and clearly designed to make students feel confident and special. The added services like professional hair and makeup, as well as the option for both in-studio and off-site destination shoots, are definite strengths of their offerings in higher package options. The overall production quality was excellent, and the photographers were professional and engaging. That said, I ultimately chose not to purchase additional photos from CADY because I feel their pricing is excessive and not family friendly. It was disappointing to learn that the video reel put together for parents and highlight during their sales presentation can't be purchased on its own, its only available if you commit to an expensive photo package. This lack of flexibility in pricing feels more like a high pressure sales strategy than a service built around the needs of families. What concerns me most is how heavily CADY's model plays on the emotions of parents. By marketing their services around once in a lifetime milestones like graduations and then offering payment plans, they create an environment that encourages overspending. In many cases, this may exploit lower-income families who feel compelled to make financial sacrifices just to preserve memories of their child. I believe memories should be affordable and accessible to all families, not treated as luxury purchases. While the quality of CADY's work is strong, the business approach was more focused on maximizing revenue than supporting families during meaningful moments. Because of this, I truly encourage our school district and others to consider more affordable and transparent photography options in the future. They wait until you spend a day getting photos taken, scene after scene to spring the high cost of the photos on you. I hope CADY Studios reflect on this feedback and consider adjusting their pricing structure to be more inclusive in the future. The cost doesn't have to be as high if the volume of the pictures you sale in return increases. Making getting a child's once in a lifetime pictures taken professionally a more affordable option to all parents, not just some. read more

Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and felt like a rip-off. I hope this feedback helps improve things for future families. First, recognition for Zion. He was the best part of our visit--professional, friendly, and caring. He checked in with us throughout the day and made sure my daughter felt comfortable. Aaliyah and makeup artist De'Adra were also kind and welcoming. However, the rest of the experience fell short. Poor organization: Our 10:45 appointment didn't start until noon, and we were there for over four hours. Many staff appeared inexperienced and lacked customer service skills. Unclear pricing: No one explained that the session and presentation fees ($180-$190 total) didn't include any photos. Packages ranged from $179 for one pose to $899, and the portfolio isn't included unless you buy a large package. Customer service issues: One photographer was dismissive and allowed an "elite client" to skip ahead with no explanation. Amenities: No water was offered during the long wait, only coffee. Overall, it feels like Cady focuses more on profit than people. Families deserve clear pricing, organization, and genuine care--especially for something as meaningful as senior portraits. Please do not use Cady studios unless you want to be completely ripped off and scammed. This has nothing to do with the individual studios and photographers as they are doing an amazing job. This has everything to do with the company itself and how they do business. They are all over the country and doing a great job taking people's money. I received an email stating that we needed to schedule our students senior pictures with Cady and the only way to do this was online. The number for Cady is an 800 number and not a direct number to any particular studio. When I went online to book it would not allow me to just book a senior session for what I have found out to be $25. It made us choose 5 different background for the price of $130.00. Not knowing better I booked thinking that was the cost for everything. Three hours later after the photo shoot we were told that was just the sitting fee. To order the pictures it would range from $179 for ONE pose and only 5 pictures up to $1,000 along with a $30 preview fee to come back and be able to see the pictures. I went to the preview because now we are committed and out $200 at this point and NO PICTURES. WHO can afford this stuff??? We viewed the pictures and needed time to think about it. Going against our better judgment we would have liked to purchase atleast the senior photo that is going in the yearbook for again, $179.00 and I can't just do this simply online on my account platform with Cady I have to schedule ANOTHER preview. I went to the Cady leadership page and none of the employees, COO, CEO, etc have any of their information to contact them, not even an email. After starting a chat they were unable to help and continued to say their Elite team would be of assistant in which they have not. I want to save anyone from this heartache and expense. I feel completely ripped off and that this is the biggest scam. STAY AWAY! And if someone from Cady leadership or Executive team reads this I would appreciate my money back. read more

Me and my daughter had a great experience at Cady. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable here, there was no rush to take pictures. I would recommend them. All the scenes had a photographer ready to take your pictures and the pictures came out beautiful . There is a coed dressing area with mirrors/ vanity's and plug outlets just in case you bring items from home to touch up with. They also have a salon/ make up area. This is the biggest rip off and the most dishonest organization that I have ever seen. The don't tell you up front that the packages run in the thousands, up to $3000.00 for high school pictures. They use the senior only once mentality to take advantage of families. There is no way that the labor, flash drives, time and AI editing software cost thousands for a hand full of pictures. The customer service phone service tells a different story and makes promises that the facility will not honor, but their facial expressions and mumbling of their goes customer service again tell me of dishonesty and deceit. If it's a good deal, then be upfront about your prices. Some stories of pictures getting mailed destroyed and CADY not replacing them. Someone should take them to court. The service they offer at the schools is completely overpriced, and they do not try very hard to get good poses either. I think it is crazy that I used to pay the same amount for three times the prints, even though printing the pictures is WAY cheaper now. The monopoly the schools allow them to enjoy is harmful to consumers, who are routinely being gouged for mediocre photography. I think Ticketmaster might be worse, but only by a little. Even allowing us to build our own package would be better, as no one is using all those dumb wallets anymore. Sell me the digital photo from his yearbook photo for ten bucks. I ended up purchasing a small package. A $500 purchase seems like money wasted. The pictures that I ordered were so basic. They arrived in an envelope. I explained that the package they said I ordered was not even an option, and that I would never have ordered it, but their policy was that as the customer, I should take responsibility for the mistake. read more

I absolutely HATE Cady!! They nickel and dime you the whole way. As a Senior, we had to pay a "sitting" fee to get the MANDATORY yearbook photo. While there they are pushing you to BUY all the pictures. I said no I only wanted a digital download of the yearbook picture and cap & gown. BAM there went $138 --- FOR A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD!!!!! NOT EVEN THEM PRINTING A FREAKING THING. Also - all the photographers were older teenagers. Like seriously. But WAIT, it gets better. The Cap & Gown picture comes out later than the yearbook picture. Guess why??? BECAUSE THEY ALSO CHARGE FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS FOR THAT!! BAM another $187 spent for more downloads!!! They are literally NOT PRINTING a THING!!!! Make it make sense!!! And I will also be sending our school district an email asking WHY they are allowing Cady to monopolize all the photo's from elementary through high school. Hit a few snags attempting to treasure and keep my child's special moments during High School... very difficult to get resolve via customer service but going into the studio days after the long shoot brought me and my family much relief. I met Jessie! She sat and willfully heard me. The previous disappointment and frustration we experienced w/this studio receded because of her and her attentiveness. This company is the worst. At the end of a presentation, they make you fill out a google review in front of their staff, which is why they are all 5 stars. Their photographers take horrible pictures, and their prices are beyond outrageous. They took my son's senior photos, and I had to pay $1000 to get a flash drive with the cap and gown pics, or there was no other way to have them. When I arrived for the photo presentation, I was at the front desk when a girl came and told the person behind the desk she was going on break. Well, that was the person who was supposed to give my presentation, I had to wait 25 minutes to start. Don't pick the "most popular" package, or you can't get your photos without going back to the studio to have a formal presentation of the photos they took. There was a discount offered that was not available to me because they didn't schedule my presentation for TWO MONTHS - nothing was available to book an appointment for over 2months, but the discount was only available if you were ordering within 30 days of the photo shoot. The presenter bugged and bugged me trying to sell the flash drive with the pictures for $1000 or $750 without the cap and gown photos. The minimum price to order pics was $189, and that was for only one pose and 3 sheets of printed photos. I rescheduled a presentation because with all the pushiness, I couldn't decide what to do, and they no-showed the presentation that we rescheduled. I cannot say enough terrible things about the experience, and as I talk to others, they consistently say they had the same experience. Of maybe 40 pictures, only 5 were decent/good. If the school uses them for my other child next year, I will not have them taken and will opt for a private photographer. I feel badly for the schools that don't let their students use anyone else but Cady. I have truly never had such a horrible experience with any other company or any other type of service. read more

Our HS switched to Cady this year for senior photography . The photo session was done by inexperienced photographers who didn't really even know how to pose your student . Yet I did place an order for the tuxedo picture and one casual pose . The pictures ordered came crushed and creased in a thin cardboard envelope. I also paid for retouching which they didn't do . Customer service has an hour long hold time , and when you select the call back feature they do not call you back . I'm in the Chat experience queue now on my computer waiting hoping to get them to retouch and reprint and carefully pack a replacement . Very disappointed in the service . read more

Those was an amazing experience. It was a blast. The photographers Alana and Amie have a a great eye they took great photos of my son who was very reluctant and very camera shy and may him look amazing I am so excited and so glad that we use Caddy for my son senior pictures . if I could give negative stars I would. This place is an absolute sham. They are grossly overpriced and the whole retakes guarantee is a racket! Yeah they will reshoot but that doesn't include the prints. If you have already received the prints and don't like them, you will have to pay for them again!! This was a horrible experience. I went here for my senior pictures and got the "Most Popular" package. I booked my appointment over the phone because my High School wasn't listed in their database- this just meant that they didn't have my school's cap and gown. No big deal, kinda expected that but I had heard great things about Cady and wanted good pictures. The representative over the phone was very difficult, she was short, rude and sighed during our conversation. I assumed maybe she was having a rough day and carried on. My appointment was booked for 1:30 and I got there at 1:00 and they let me in. At first my experience was good. Ken took my first two scenes and he was amazing. I am genuinely tempted to give this a better review because of him but he was my only good experience. Cady's studio is incredibly unorganized. The lines were like 30 minutes and there were many times in which the photographers were just missing. I assumed at first they were on break but after 30 minutes I had to assume they were just avoiding it, to be fair, being in the studio sucked. Not enough comfortable seating and it was rather warm. I was there for FOUR HOURS when I was told over the phone that this was about a one hour process. If you choose to go here, clear your schedule. Malika was also helpful. Several times I saw her step up when she had a moment to do so. Malika and Ken ran the whole place. I saw other photographers but I swear they only appeared from the back occasionally. Now to pricing- it's insane. When booking my appointment I was told it would range from $50 to $1000. What I wasn't told is that the median price would be much closer to $1000 and the highest price was closer to $2000. Incredibly misleading. For just a USB stick of all your photos it is $1100. If you want them to retouch (edit blemishes and stuff) it's $200. That's absolutely ridiculous. I actually ended up leaving an item there when I had left and tried to call the location to make sure it was still there and ask if someone could maybe put it in the back and make sure it was safe- so I called. The number listed on google is like Cady's call center and the studios don't have listed individual numbers, at least that I could find. Again, the representative answered the phone with a heavy and audible sigh. I asked if I could contact the location and he interrupted me asking for my account information- which he didn't need, but I gave him anyway. Then he made me repeat my situation. It's possible he didn't hear me but it really seemed like he did and he had a rough attitude. I waited on the transfer line for 10 minutes until I had to go to class. Luckily my parents were able to go to the studio the same night and found my item. Overall, my experience was exhausting and horrible. I didn't expect this at all. I guess this is why my school cut their contract with Cady- I should've used my school's recommended studio. read more

Quinton the photographer did a extremely great job with making sure we were at our happiest during the entire experience. He worked very hard making his way throughout the whole studio taking all types of different pictures and also making sure we were at our highest. I like CADY but I do think the prices are extremely high. jazmine did a good job during the photo presentation review so she's at the mercy of what cady offers. Just to get the USB port was $2k on the higher plan, but you don't choose you dont get the graduation pics unless you order them separately. I think it's a lot of money but what to do considering the school uses cady abc pulls the senior photos in from the studio. I think the pics are great, I don't think the collage which are not actual pics you can take out but printed pics within a very thin quality frame. I got it again bc it came with the package I wanted to get to include the usb. I messed up with not getting the usb snd by itself it was going to cost $1200 alone. read more

very mixed experience. the photographer was excellent, and the sales presenter Julie was excellent. Unfortunately the management is terrible. chronically understaffed every time I've been here, the actual customer facing workers need to constantly apologize to clients and use limited resources to compensate for management shortcoming (free chips and coffee don't make up for my wasted time). After receiving multiple text reminders to arrive 15 min early, and after a half hour drive to arrive 15 min early, the staff apologized profusely and made us wait another half an hour past our scheduled start time. I asked if management would provide additional discounts, and management refused (although they offered more chips and coffee). I Decided I was angry and disappointed in the customer experience, so I was not going to buy anything beyond the cheapest package (I considered just scrapping the experience and going to a different studio), but Julie was working so very hard and was an absolute professional. My wife and I appreciated Julie's efforts and attitude, and Julie was able to convince us to buy the proofs (Approx $2K) Julie has a bright future and I wish her all the best. Cady management can walk barefoot and blindfolded in a room full of legos. read more

Ariel was very unprofessional! The photo session as a whole was great and as we did not have to wait long in between sets. The other 3 photographers were extremely helpful and polite. Ariel on the otherhand was caught outwardly gaucking at my niece's rear end as she walked away for a wardrobe change. I watched her the entire time as her eyes followed my niece........glued to her rear end. It was very awkward and infuriating!!!!!! Once she noticed me watching her, she gave an even more awkward grin, shook her head and walked away. These are high school seniors and should be treated as such. They should not be subjected to predatory stares from the adult staff!!! She should have known better or at least had the discipline to keep any animalistic instinct to herself. I would have given at least 4 stars but this gross display of unprofessional, inappropriate and downright sickening behavior seriously changed the entire mood of what should have been an exciting and fun, family friendly experience. Cady is set up with several studio sets for various backgrounds. It's open floor plan, and on the day we came, it seemed all of Atlanta's high school seniors were here. Changing rooms are available, and the temperature of the studio is conducive for all of the standing, changing and waiting around. Out favorite photographer was Gavin. His energy was great, he made my daughter very comfortable, and he had a great eye for beautiful photos. Nikko was equally talented and down to earth. The only downside was not enough photographers for the number of students booked. read more

My son took his senior photos here the photoshoot felt rushed. There was never a photographer at the station you had to sit and wait until they got out of their groups holding casual conversations and notice your standing there. In some instances the photographer don't know much about the props for that station. On the way out we saw a kid posing in a section we choose but we didn't know the steps prop was an option and one of the sections the girl just took snaps said we was done I said we don't get an option to view them and pick she said no then she said they will send us the pictures and we pick at that time I guess someone said something to her so she walked over and showed us the photos in a camera once we received the proofs we didn't even get all the ones she took and the one we liked wasn't included I guess she picked the 5 herself. We will do his photos again at a different studio and hopefully get a better experience read more
