This wasn't really the balcony used by Shakespeare after all for Romeo and Juliet. The brass statue of Juliet is a nice tribute to her character and to Shakespeare, the creator of such iconic characters. I am not sure what I was expecting, really didn't have any expectations, I suppose.

I'm not a huge second hand store gal, but this spot had some great finds. Usually these stores…read moreconsist of 1970's paintings of Jesus on felt or old clothing that still reeks of mothballs. This place was clean and organized. They had some unique art and beautiful furniture. I have my eye on several pieces in store. Apparently the Americans really like the giant wine bottles and this store carries quite a few. Who knows, maybe I will own one of those babies before we leave Italy.
