From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and understood. Natasha, our therapist, has genuinely changed our lives. With her guidance and support, we were able to address and improve the areas of our relationship that needed attention. We are now happily married, and we owe a great deal of our happiness to Natasha's expertise and dedication. Finding a good therapist can be challenging, but Natasha at the Arizona Relationship Institute is exceptional. Her insightful approach, compassionate nature, and effective strategies have made a profound impact on our relationship. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking to improve their relationship. It has truly been a life-changing experience for us.

I originally found AZRI while searching for individual trauma therapy. Ironically, my experience…read morewith the counseling ultimately became one of the most distressing therapeutic experiences I have had. To be fair, the front desk staff were excellent. They were responsive, professional, quick to return messages, transparent with billing, and the text communication line was incredibly convenient for someone who works long hours. Unfortunately, those positives did not translate to my experience with the counseling itself. During couples counseling, I expressed directly that I felt invalidated during our sessions. Rather than exploring why I felt that way, the counselor explained that I could not be invalidated because I had sought out her help and, by providing therapy to me, she was therefore validating me. I found this response incredibly dismissive. If a client says, "I feel invalidated by what is happening in this session," telling them that invalidation is essentially impossible because they voluntarily sought therapy does not address the concern. It shuts the conversation down. The session continued to escalate in a way that left me feeling increasingly uncomfortable. At the end of the session, the counselor apologized to my husband in front of me that the session had not been more fruitful because of my difficulty. I found that extremely unprofessional and deeply hurtful. I went to therapy expecting a safe environment in which difficult emotions could be addressed constructively, not to feel as though I was being characterized as the reason therapy had failed. I also felt substantial pressure toward discernment therapy, which was especially confusing because we had recently gotten married and had entered couples counseling with the intention of working on our marriage. The counseling increasingly seemed focused on determining whether we should stay together rather than helping us communicate, reconnect, and address the problems that brought us there. I understand that discernment therapy has a legitimate purpose and that couples counseling is not always about keeping a relationship together. However, there is a meaningful difference between appropriately exploring whether a relationship should continue and making a client feel that the therapeutic process is moving the couple further apart. For us, the irony is that our relationship did not improve through this experience. It began improving after we left the practice and stopped couples counseling there. I am not suggesting that every client will have the same experience. Therapy is highly individual, and this is simply mine. But I believe prospective clients deserve to know that my experience was not merely an uncomfortable therapy session. I left feeling deeply distressed and, ultimately, traumatized by the therapeutic experience itself. The administrative side of AZRI deserves five stars. My experience with the actual marriage counseling does not.

I am an arborist/ tree climber by profession so my body must work properly for my livelihood. I've seen Dr. Warren for a strained back multiple times over the last couple of years and just recently am seeing him for rehab for a torn ACL in my knee. I'm the last two weeks I've already seen a huge improvement before going into surgery and will continue PT with Dr. Warren after surgery to ensure a fast and complete recovery. I would highly recommend him and his staff for sports/ industrial athlete performance and recovery work.

From the first day, he told me that he does things his way and he doesn't care if it hurts he was the one who knew about my condition and it didn't matter if I cried, he would continue to do what he needed to do. I had knee replacement surgery and went to him for PT. Shortly after my visit, he began scraping my scar and leg a metal scraper. He informed me that he would not stop no matter how many tears I cried or how much I begged him. He was the doctor and he knew Best. The damage that he has done to my knee may never be reversed. He took no regard to the fact he kept popping open the top of my scar while scraping. Scraping for knee replacement does survey purpose, but only with a plastic scraper not a metal one. And no one should ever be scraped to the point that it hurts and they cry. I have had my second knee replacement and I'm going to a reputable physical therapy place and my recovery. This time is completely different. My newly surgical leg hurts less than my leg that was done almost 2 years ago. I do not recommend this place and suggest that you find a different place for your physical therapy

I came to her stressed out and so she did her best to help me and she totally did. She taught me "EFT tapping." We explored tension in my face and released it, which totally removed any pent-up negative energy. Next, we did, "Guided Chakra Meditation" and let me tell you it was so magical to have the chakra aligned. I had trouble with the heart chakra, and she asked me to go to a safe place in my body, my twin who has since passed away came to me and helped me in the session to remain grounded, and Brianna helped regulate my emotions so i could go to my safe and happy place. She is also very much skilled at guided imagery and breathing exercises to help me process emotions and figure out which ailment in the body needs extra care. I'm grateful to have such a wonderful coach who is sensitive and Intune with the mine as well as other's needs. Through these many wonderful skills and seasons she helped me feel so much better about myself and situation. I have been in counseling for many years and in just the first season i already feel better then i ever did with cognitive behavioral therapy, Brianna is the real deal, a lightworker, a beacon of light to all who come across her path. I highly recommend "Hummingbody Coaching" and will be returning quite frequently, to better my life and reach that place of nirvana, safety within and true serenity. Thanks again!
