I walked into this wax bar on a monday morning without an appointment hoping for a quick face touch…read moreup! Lucky for me they could do it right then and there! More to the point, it was the most pleasant, least painful wax I've had. Changing it up from the usual private room wax, you grab a chair, much like a hair salon and hang out in a comfortbale relaxed space whilst women and men alike get tended to (dont worry - if your going for a wax elsewhere on your body, they have private rooms and men - they even have a man cave!?) This place gets huge bonus points for being quick, easy and painless! It is also very male friendly so get amongst people! AND the lady apologised for being padantic - having a pandactic person wax you may be the best thing ever!

Where do I even start? OFF specialises in waxing and brows, and they're serious about getting your…read moreservice right. My beauty therapist was patient, friendly, and informative, first-off. And OFF itself is clean and modern--much more so than many places I've been to both in NZ and back home in the US. They're not your average waxing place, which is apparent from the second you load their website to make a reservation. I've been going to them for several months now and always look forward to it (rather than, you know, dread getting waxed, which was previously the norm). Their website is also really tidy, well designed, and easy to navigate, so making reservations is actually a pleasant experience.

Have had more laser treatment done at other places and Leannes equipment is definitely not as effective as the other places. I have needed a lot less visits to get the same results I got with Leanne. Illuminate me was good but there are better laser treatments out there e.g. Off and On.

Her equipment is high quality/advanced and because of the operator the results are simply incredible!! While getting the laser treatments she recommended a course of facials and some products for my skin. I had almost given up on my skin because I have tried "everything" and "every" product. I was weary, but thought I'd give it one more shot. Just 3 short weeks later my skin was nearly acne free and I have a smooth creamy complexion; which I never thought was possible!!! I can't stress enough that it was not only the products, but it was Leanne who got my skin in tip top shape! Just today I had a Dermapen treatment and I can't wait to see the results of her handy work! Thank you Leanne! You are simply amazing and I will definitely be a loyal customer of yours!

Sure, I've had a massage in Bali that costs all of $12, but spend ten times that at East Day Spa and the experience is elevated to perfection. From the first welcome accompanied by a cup of peppermint tea, to the calming music and beautifully appointment treatment rooms, everything is carefully thought about so you can spend time focussing on being relaxed. A massage here is exceptional, with the therapists obviously holding a high amount of training and experience. Sore legs? They'll spend more time on those when you tell them beforehand. A little knot in your left shoulder? Don't worry, they'll find it and gently knead it out. Don't worry about walking out feeling like an oil slick as they'll use hot towels to remove excess oil before giving you an oil-free face massage. This small attention to detail is what sets more expensive massages apart from cheaper alternatives. And it's not just massage they do well at East Day Spa. I've had facials and pedicures and every time I've walked away feeling relaxed and happy knowing I got exactly what I hoped for. In my eyes, that's money well spent.
