We saw lots of people picking up to go orders as well, so ordering it ahead is probably also a good idea, ordering it in person only takes 10 minutes for them to prepare it all.

Waitress ran us down outside after I left thinking we had overpaid because I had given her a €10 tip. I hope it wasn't insulting but she truly deserved it. She had limited English skills, still far better than my Italian, but was patient with us and curated the best restaurant meal of my life.
