They have approximately the same offerings at both spots (ground floor and near the top floor). The main difference I noticed was the ground floor location had an employee walking around with a bamboo hat selling taho out of buckets. The food selection is generous. There are plenty of classic Filipino breakfast options in addition to non-Filipino menu items. Definitely save room for their mango juice, ube pandesal, and champorado (and add some tuyo). It is SO DIFFICULT finding actual spicy food here in QC, so knowing that Ramen Nagi stays consistent across countries brought me some comfort.
