I went to four session and a substance that was used was a "foamy" injectable. Well, on my last visit, the women doing the injection used a different substance and said that the "foamy" doesn't work so they switched. Well, no other mention that it was used on me multiple times without results. I should have known better than to have been impressed with the neighborhood and interior when forced to watch the physician's self-congratulatory video over and over again in the waiting room. This was a waste of a lot of my hard-earned money.

I live far away from this office, but I continue to go here because these doctors can actually diagnose and solve medical problems. I recently went to an urgent care three times and was sick for two months without getting better, but then I went to see Dr. Lloyd Hershman and he diagnosed me properly and gave me the right medication. I like that they are open Saturdays and that you can go in as an urgent care patient if they don't have any appointments available. My husband has had referrals done by Dr. Kenneth Hershman, and he was just given the referral to take to the doctor of his choice. They also referred him directly for the radiology test he needed to diagnose the back problem, and then they gave him the referral to go to whatever doctor he wanted. We went through Baptist Hospital and he had two minor surgical procedures. I love this medical center. Be prepared for a long wait during the week, even if you have an appointment.

The doctor was supposed to call at 1:30. After repeated calls, the doctor finally called back at 2:45. I foolishly decided to take my mother here as well. We waited an hour and a half before being called in. We saw countless people enter after us but go in before us. As my mother is an incomplete quadriplegic, she always has a nurse with her. The morning nurse's shift ends at 12, meaning we had to leave the office no later than 11:30. I explained this when making the appointment, when we arrived and to the nurse when we finally entered the exam room. They kept saying we would be out in time but they really just ignored us. I knew there was no way a new patient visit with blood being drawn would only take 30 minutes. The nurse became upset when I said all we had time for was the blood work, no vitals, nothing else. None of the paperwork we turned in at the beginning of the visit was read by anyone because the nurse was asking the same exact questions. I was hoping they may have read it during the 1.5 hours we were waiting but no. The doctor didn't seem concerned about the ridiculous wait nor our time restraint and really did not like it when I said his office is very poorly managed. We ended up leaving at 11:20 with only bloodwork being done. These doctors do not respect their patients time. Please go anywhere else.

My husband has served the U.S. Navy for over 14 years, through four deployments including time in Iraq and Afghanistan. I share this because we have tri-care which is the military healthcare system and because I have had both private and government healthcare and none of them have been as bad as this place. I called to schedule an initial visit with Dr. Georgi Miller MD. The receptionist asked me why I needed to see the Doctor. I said I was a new patient and that I wanted to discuss my current healthcare needs. The receptionist acted like I was crazy and asked me exactly what my concerns were - really??? Am I suppose to tell a receptionist all my health needs over the phone? Against my better judgement I vaguely described why I needed to see the Doc. She abruptly put me on hold and then came back on and said, yes, I could see the Doctor (well thanks!). This conversation was so painful I had to stop the girl and ask her if she was seriously talking to me in that tone and manner. Yup, she was. My appointment was actually pretty good. The office was clean and neat, although the patient files were all over the receptionists office and the girls at the desk looked overwhelmed and sad. I saw Dr. Georgi Miller MD pretty quickly. She was professional and kind. She listened to my concerns and asked lots of questions. We both knew I needed to see a specialist and she said that the front desk would see who could see me and contact me with a referral. Perfect! I left that day feeling like things were going to be fine. I did not hear back from the office so I called 7 days later. The first person who answered the phone asked me why I was calling. I explained the whole situation and she put me on hold...for 8 minutes. I called back and a different girl said that they had up to two weeks to contact me with a referral. So, I called back today, 19 days later and they still did not have any information for me. I asked if I could speak with Dr. Miller and the girl took my name and number and said she would have the Dr. call me back. I have heard nothing. I write this because I want to share my experience. Had it been only one instance I would not post this online for everyone to read but it was numerous occasions and this deals with my health. I thought others should know what they are getting themselves into if they go to these offices. Dr. Miller was great when I saw her but follow-up and follow-through, as well as care in treatment, are more important than just a single positive office visit. All my visits to the Doctor need to be positive because sometimes the news is not.
