Sure, it got us from point A to point B, but if I'm shelling out $140 for private roundtrip here's what shouldn't (but did) happen: -Couldn't find our personalized sign outside the airport for about 15 minutes. When I did spot it, the woman wasn't even holding it up, but talking to other arriving guests. She told us too many people arrived at the same time and her driver wasn't available yet, so we waited another 10-15 minutes. - The driver, who was very nice and informative, did not have beverages as stated on the website/in our agreement. -Our departure shuttle on the last day of our trip was MORE than 30 minutes late!!! We called the office twice, and they assured us they'd be there in 5 minutes (it took about 10 more). The driver didn't apologize, and didn't offer any beverages either. The pros: - Shuttle stopped at Costco and helped load/unload our supplies for the week -Shuttles are very comfortable, nice looking, and air-conditioned Our friends used a different company, and I think we'll do the same in the future. read more

This service is great and I highly recommend. It was about half the price than the shuttle service being offered by our hotel. We walked right out of the airport to the curb and recognized the shirts right away. It took about 10 minutes for the vehicle to pull around for us - it was a big SUV that seats 6 people + plenty of room for luggage. I always hate the commotion at the Cabo airport but this service made the experience bearable. We were taken straight to the resort and it worked out just perfectly. read more

Second time using CSS and another reliable ride. This time they were located a little further outside the airport (straight out towards parking lot area #10). At first there seemed to be a little confusion and our driver seemed surprised when I mentioned we requested a stop at Walmart on our way to hotel. But no worries here! Angel made everything all right and was very accommodating getting our groceries back to the hotel when our suv was already completely full with luggage! It was an amazing way to start our vacation because we were worried that we just had too much stuff. I appreciated the detailed instructions for our arrival, as I would have been overwhelmed with everyone trying to get you to go with them instead of the shuttle service you already arranged. I was a bit disappointed with the time we had to wait for our shuttle at the airport given our reservations and on time arrival, but it wasn't too bad. Our party had to have two different departure times from the hotel due to our flight schedules, so I wish it were easier to book online for separate one way travel from the hotel, but their email communication ended up being very responsive, so it wasn't too difficult. I was very appreciative of the on time arrival with our pickup at the hotel. I was nervous with all of the reviews where the departure shuttle arrived late, so I made it a point to send an email the night before our departure to confirm our shuttle pick ups in the morning. I am not sure if this helped to guarantee our pickup was on time, but I would recommend doing this. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and provided good customer service. Our last shuttle driver, Armando, was especially friendly and made us feel welcome. If you can request a certain driver, I would highly recommend him. I was a dummy and input the wrong date for arrival but the team at the airport were very accommodating and ensured me that everything will be alright. They were also early to pick us up to depart. We were a group of 4 and got a private car (it was cheaper than all of us doing a shared shuttle). I really do suggest booking this group! We booked our Cabo trips a few months in advance and we were looking for airport transportation. Usually we go for uber but uber isn't really welcomed in Mexico also they're not allowed to be in the airport? Booking a shuttle service with cabo shuttle service was easy. We went on their website and put in our information on what date we will be arriving and our air flight information. We booked the private car round trip transportation. It was $140 total for 3 people (not including tips) round trip from airport to hotel. Our flight for delayed and we arrived kind of late. We were a little worried because no one called us to confirm. However we followed the instruction that the company sent us (told us to go to umbrella 10) and someone with a blue shirt should be there to help us. After we met up with our host he told us our driver frank will be here in 5 mins. We were greeted with cold drinks and a warm welcome from our driver. Plus the car was a brand new black SUV. Would highly recommend this to my friends whose coming to Cabo and needs a ride. read more

Cabo Shuttle Service is the only way to ride. We looked at the reviews others left to make our decision on which company to use. CSS stood out! Now I know why first hand. Awesome SUV's stocked with Coronas. The drivers are great. Especially Henry who took us from the resort back to the airport. Great to talk to. Just a nice conversation while we sipped on Coronas. I wonder if I can ask for him next time? I would never choose any other shuttle service because I know what I'll get with CSS and anything less than that would be a sacrifice. Booking was easy. Martha was very helpful and very quick to respond. Make sure you follow their advice on walking past all the timeshare reps who will flash their "badge" as authorized airport employees who are just trying to help. It was insane! The advice was not to show anyone inside the airport our voucher, which I refused to show despite many asking to see it. We got to station 10 and was immediately greeted by one of their employees wearing the uniform stated in the email. We waited about 5 mins for our car. Our suburban was very clean and our driver was wearing a mask and was constantly sanitizing his hands, which made us all feel safe. He offered us water and beer once we got into the car. Our driver was super friendly and spoke very good English.I will definitely book with Cabo Shuttle Services again on future trips to Cabo. read more

We used this service due to the high yelp reviews. When we arrived the water and beers that were supposed to be ice were in warm water...gross! The driver was nice but did not give any pointers on where to eat or what to do, he just pretty much drove us to our resort. I found their email before our pick rude saying we only wait 7 minutes before they leave. Wtf...I paid over $120 for a 20 minute round trip drive. Save yourself the headache and walk to the store by the airport and take an Uber to your resort or use the bus for $2. I would never use them again read more

Was so happy with them. Requested a shared van. Arrived on Nov. 3 and they were waiting for us. The driver informed us he was waiting for another passenger who's flight was just coming in. Driver set us up in the large 19 person van and gave us water and Beer as we waited. Finally the other passenger arrived and we were on our way. Only 3 people in the 19 person van and we were the first stop so just like a private van. Return home was the same. Driver was there 10 minutes early waiting for us. No other stops. We got a round trip private shuttle for the price of a shared one. I am sure once all the hotels open they will have more people but this trip was great. Will use them again. Drivers were nice, bilingual and provide for a nice 30 minute drive. read more

CHEAPER THAN A TAXI! After googling transportation prices and learning that taxis from the airport to the Marina area resorts were $80-$90 one way (for a 30 minute drive), we opted for a roundtrip car service through Cabo Shuttle Services for LESS! It was SO nice to have our own, private, luxury SUV and to have the peace of mind knowing we had a comfortable and safe ride. ***When you reserve with CSS, you will get a confirmation with all of your information, pick up times AND information on what to do when you get to the airport as well as warnings about the solicitors who will try to trick you into riding with them - who then take you on timeshare presentations for hours. We were SO glad we had this information because it's true - as soon as you get through customs, you will be barraged with official looking people trying to tell you THEY are your driver, or asking to see your voucher. Just as CSS's instructions say - just keep walking straight through the airport and through the doors to outside, don't stop, don't talk to them, don't show them your voucher, don't ask them for information - just keep walking until you get outside to Tent 10. It was overwhelming and we were happy CSS gave us that information beforehand. Your driver will have waters and beers in a cooler for your ride, which was a nice touch! The night before our departure, I emailed with a quick note confirming our ride to the airport and received a quick reply with confirmation. On our morning of departure, I was a little nervous, but when we got downstairs, our driver ARMANDO (HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!) was already waiting for us and greeted us as soon as we walked outside. After reading the great reviews about punctuality, great service and cold beverages I figured I give them them a shot. Big mistake driver was late, waited for over 30 minutes while being hounded by time share salesmen and other transportation companies. When a Cabo shuttle rep finally showed up she said they were running late but our driver would arrive within five minutes. After the 30 minute wait our driver arrived and took us to a clean SUV (only positive ) Once we got under way I figured I'd ask for a cold beverage to relax and forget about the delay. Driver stated that he had just run out of beer and water. Will be back to Cabo, but never use Cabo Shuttle again. read more

We used them this past weekend and everything was great! Unfortunately we lost a golf back on our way into Cabo so we were stuck by baggage claim for a while. By the time we got outside I couldn't find our guy with the sign so I called and we found him almost immediately. There were 6 of us, and the cars were very clean (both ways) and we were offered some Coronas and water. muchos gracias! We used Cabo Shuttle services on a recent trip to Cabo San Lucas. We used them to and from the Airport to our rental home in Pedregal. We also used their services to get to two different golf courses. At all pickups, their were there promptly as we requested. Martin was extremely pleasant to deal with. All drivers spoke very good English and were very, very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone and we will use them again in the furture. Also, if you want to go fishing in Cabo, they have a fishing boat very reasonably priced at $350.00 and includes round trip transfer from hotel, up to 5 passengers, 4 hrs of fishing, box lunch and beverages, live bait and fishing licenses and taxes. read more

We found these guys online and we are glad we booked with them. Pick up at the airport was so easy and organized. The Suburban that picked us up was clean and had a cooler with beer and water for us at not additional charge. They were right on time at pick up from the airport and our hotel for a ride back to the airport. The driver Jesus was super nice, friendly and informative about the area. We would highly recommend them. I think we might have paid about $50 dollars more than booking with our hotel directly however, I'm glad we rode alone in our own vehicle at our own time instead of the pre-arranged pick up times set by the hotel. read more

I went online to search for not only the best deal, but safety etc. I went on their webpage and I was a bit skeptical at first because I never have been to Mexico and how everything worked. I called them and Sue answered. She answered all my questions and more. I felt at ease and decided to book them. It was the best decision I made because I decided to go for the private shuttle. I didn't want to wait for the shuttle or wait for other people. A few days before my arrival, I received an email with specific instructions. I followed the instructions and sure enough everything was perfect. I saw a gentleman with a blue shirt and verified that was me on the voucher and his list. He took our luggage and took us to the car. The cars are suburban with nice leather seats. He offered is waters and corona as we relax to get to the hotel. He chatted with us and asked us how we were. He was so nice and made us feel so welcome. On the day we had to leave, they were on time. The service was impeccable.
