Knowing it's a 20 minute walk from the place where the cruise ship tender drops you off to the place where the tour boats dock, we decided to scout it out the night before. The email from the company instructed us to check in at the Roger's office ("kiosko 2") to ensure we got the correctly-fitting snorkeling gear, so we went looking for the office using a map from the Roger's website and Google maps. We tried inputting the exact address from the email and asking everyone we could find at Puerto Paraiso mall, but when we went to the alleged office location, nothing was there. As a last ditch effort, on the way out of the mall, we paused and asked a random guy at a booth with ads for tours (mind you, nowhere did it say Roger's on it)! This booth was NOT located in the same spot indicated in the map on the Roger's website. However, this guy was somehow able to look up our reservation, and it was legit because he knew my name even though I never said it. He told us to just meet at the dock the next day - not to even worry about going to the "office" (wherever it may be). So that's what I would advise any future travelers to do - just go to Dock D, which isn't hard to find. Ahead of time, I had emailed the company and asked if I could add additional people to our tour and how to pay for them. I received a response indicating we would need to pay 35 per person and they could either send me a PayPal account to put the money in, or we could pay at the dock. When we got on the boat, we inquired about the two extra people and were told to pay 40 dollars. Thankfully I had the email from the company and I disputed this. I was given a roundabout explanation about how the corporate office is somewhere else in Mexico and sometimes there's miscommunication. This felt like an attempt to con more money out of us, but to their credit, they did honor the emailed price. The tour itself was great. We had Jonathan as the guide and Memo as the boat driver. Jonathan had great English skills and was knowledgeable. Our kids got to drive the boat, which had them laughing hysterically. They also dropped a couple members of our party off to snorkel in a designated spot, and the snorkel gear they provided seemed nicer than the cheap stuff we brought. At the end, they offered to drop us off closer to the cruise ship to help us avoid the 20-minute walk, but said it would be a $2 dock fee per person. We did take them up on that, as we had small kids in the party and didn't want them to have to do the walk in the hot sun. They do take pictures during the tour and offer you the chance to buy them at the end. Technically this is mentioned on the website, so it's not surprising. However, I will note that they offered us a discount on the photos at the end if we left them a review - lowering the price from 80 to 50 dollars. So, take that into account when you read other reviews. We declined. I recall when I was researching tour options that some other customers had mentioned their tours being outsourced to other people. There is definitely something odd with the "company." It presents itself on its website like a small business and frequent references are made to "our boat." But when you get to the dock, nothing says "Roger's" - no signage, no uniforms, etc. There's also more than one boat - another party was checking in at the exact same time as we were with the same people. It's almost like they've been bought out by a bigger conglomerate of tour operators. Perhaps this explains the conflicting information in some spots (i.e., the email confirmation saying to check in early at an office but a guy at a random kiosk that doesn't say Roger's on it somehow having our reservation and telling us to just go to the dock). Overall, we enjoyed the tour itself, but the issues with finding the location and being asked to pay different fees than we were quoted were off-putting.

We met Israel our Captain and Raul. They kept saying "for the next 3 hours, this boat is yours" and we had the best time. Our previous trip was more focused on swimming and snorkeling but this time we wanted to see the whales. We enjoyed every minute on the boat. We were pampered and cared for, they provided lots of info but were never intrusive. We had great drinks all day followed by a lunch (some reviewers called it a "snack" but I feel like it was so much food and plenty for lunch). I own a few waverunners myself for 20 years so let's start there as I am knowledgeable on how they operate etc. Before we started there was a huge commotion as one of people coming back had flipped over and they said they were charging them $1,200. From someone that owns 2 Yamaha and have had friends flip it, We never had much of an issue and in fact they are sealed quite well unless the seal is broken or it's in bad shape. I asked the guy what exactly happed and all he could say is they didn't follow the rules. I went out there and it got very choppy and it honestly it's reasonable for this to happen. Also qualified workers going out watching are there to help not put up such a scam. It made me not even want to take me and my family. As we get to look at both waverunners to check condition, I'm told look at 3 marks on damage & they did not want to allow me to write all the marks & yet it was way more than 3 spots. When I gave my CC one guy said oh nice card because of how heavy lol but it gives you an idea how uncomfortable I felt & by looking at reviews , there seems to be a theme here. Frankly they are about 20 years old if not older with not just scratches but make chips , condo repair, cracks, both mirrors broken & speedometer broken on both waverunners so you have no clue how fast. And after that scenario my daughter & aunt felt very uncomfortable. You should take video of condition of waverunner before even getting in it as they tell you you are responsible for damage & not to get near any boats etc. As we are ready the waves are coming in and frankly it is chaotic & never seen any professionals act thus wave. In fact these young adults made it more dangerous. There is about 100 feet safe zone for boat drop offs & waverunners to leave. Now they say it's time to go now. 2 boats are at inject do there isn't a ton of space. Recall when I mentioned if you hit a boat it's your fault but literally the waves are throwing you around before even getting out. My daughter gets on as they push out. Now my aunt is pulled out and the wave runner is thrown abruptly against her which pushes her against the tied rope one at where not to cross. Not only did it bruise her but she has a nasty 2 inch cut from it. Why the heck they pushed out right next to rope us beyond me and it was with 10 feet of boat wuth waves. Again this would not happen in the states, these guys need proper safety training on how to escort guest & push out unit. We cut out time from 1 hour to 30 minutes as even me doing this for decades wanted no chance of flipping & getting charged. It's funny I had absolute no desire in going fast & trust me I've gotten my own up to 65 mph so I well where of capacity & what can be done. On the couple they were trying to charge , it's reasonable to flip right over , take out of water & drain water out from back from drain plug. These machines are made for abuse as you can see walking up to them. Another note that both had fiberglass repair and ripped seats. Let me tell you the repair was cheap & I would tell you a couple of hundred bucks but I bet they charged some poor client $1,200-$2,500. When you see a scam going on it makes you extremely nervous to move on while they hold your credit card. Oh and the guy who was supposed to show us drone video never came back & we had to leave as a bonus but that would have been extra. Not to mention the guy flying drone right over waverunner. This is not legal & my aunt actually flies them for business, thus was done not in a safe way. Too many red flags to recommend. Sorry you not only put people's safety at risk but then you want to charge for unpredictable, Stay away and make sure you check company first & check waverunners. It's been decades where they can back up with a button and have better stability from flipping. Older ones are easier to flip. Also it's unlikely to flood a compartment to damage parts if turned over fairly quickly & that's what the staff 2 staff on the water are there for to help non experienced drivers! Unless you hit something , they should not be trying to charge or remove them after reckless driving. Update: Before renting , check it out first and you will see how old the models are and not in great shape. In regards to my aunt , there was no safety precautions which caused the injury & they should if waited at the right moment , they are absolute amateurs. The owner clearly has no clue & review past negative reviews which aligns with what I saw happening. Market value on these waverunners are below 1k. I know what I heard and asked your employee why would you try to charge. Solid companies do not have 3 star reviews. Professionals take responsibility

The boat was modern and safe, but what truly made our cruise special was the crew. They were the best bunch of guys working on a boat, and they were having a blast while doing it. The crew was efficient, courteous, thoughtful, and generous with their drinks and service. They would always come around with a tray of reposado tequila, shots, or delicious mixed drinks with rum. The music they played was outstanding, featuring a diverse mix of 80s modern rock, 90s, country, Selena, and of course, Bad Bunny. The atmosphere was lively, with a good mix of people who all seemed to enjoy the music. I couldn't help but sing along and take in the breathtaking views. As we approached the beautiful Arco de Cabo, the crew explained how the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortes meet, creating rough waves and water. But it was exhilarating and not too bad at all. I didn't feel seasick or need motion sickness medicine, but those who have never been on boats might want to bring some near El Arco. Back to the crew, two of them were brothers who worked seamlessly as a team. They even offered us a delicious snack of tortilla chips, guacamole, pico de gallo, and tuna. I never thought those three things would go well together, but they did! It was the perfect amount of food to keep us satisfied while we were busy taking in the stunning views and snapping photos. The crew also offered to take several pictures whenever we needed them. I saw them capturing various groups of people and families, ensuring that everyone had a memorable moment. Overall, Cabo Blue's sunset cruise was an incredible experience that I will cherish forever. At night when the sun goes down and you're heading home, they have blue lighting on the boat and it's really cool for your pictures because they also provide shot glasses that are Glo in the dark, therefore providing the greatest pictures perfect for social media. I had so much fun that every time I come to Cabo, I will definitely take the same sunset cruise by Cabo Blue because the experience was so legendary. I also booked our tickets through Tripadvisor, which I recommend...the transaction was just a few clicks away and it was a seamless transaction. I also highly recommend getting to the dock about 20 minutes before they takeoff. We arrived due to traffic 10 minutes before the boat would leave. Amanda called me on my cell and said where are you, if you're not here within the next three minutes, we're gonna need to takeoff and another boat will take you to the other boat. That sounded frightening, but it wasn't necessary however, when we did arrive, we saw that majority of the passengers were already walking their way towards the boat our party along with another couple arrived at the same time which was before the boat took off, but I think it's not enough time therefore, when we got to the boat, we had to sit at the back of the boat, which doesn't really matter honestly there's no bad seat on the yacht. The way they drive the boat and when they stopped to enjoy the main sightseeing sections every side of the boat gets a premier view, so it won't matter. But my nerves were high when I thought we were gonna miss the boat and so I don't wish that on anyone.

Overall, a great activity for families while vacationing in Cabo…read more Unlike many other activities, Wild Canyon is only 25 mins away from Cabo. It's a one stop shop for so many fun things including zip lining, horse riding, camel riding, UTV/ATV, bungee jumping, a petting zoo, and a small water park. I highly recommend the Animal Kingdom activity for those with children. Luis was an amazing tour guide/animal expert and we had a blast meeting all the animals in the sanctuary and taking pictures with the parrots, bunnies, and love birds. We had fun on the UTV and the horse riding but both activities were a bit short only 30 mins for the UTV and 10 mins for the horse riding. Things to know before you go: - transportation from your hotel is included only if you do the activities so any children or older adults who are there to just observe, you'll need to purchase a separate transportation fee which is $30 round trip. Our driver picked us up on time and the van was very clean and nicely air conditioned. - the activity price doesn't include the admission fee of $25 so you must purchase that as well. The admission fee is mandatory to just enter the park even if you're not doing any activities. - I suggest you purchase your tickets online as they are discounted compared to paying at the site. - bring your own water bottle as they have free water stations throughout the park and snacks. The small snack stand grossly overcharges for drinks and snacks ($5 for a soda can and $5 for a snickers bar). - if you're going on the UTV/ATV, I recommend you bring a bandana or scarf to cover your lower face from all the dust. They also sell them in the gift shop for $3-7. Note this isn't a cheap activity and probably best suitable for children 6 and older and adults. When you add up all the activity costs, the admission ticket, insurance, and tips for the driver and each activity, it comes out to $150-200 per person.
