We had some rotted boards they replaced and then we realized our deck was warping and luckily they realized our 2 main 6"x6" posts had rotted. They replaced those beams with 8"x8" beams which leveled out our deck before anything catastrophic happened. Perfect job. Then we had them finish 3 unfinished rooms in our cellar. They sheet rocked the walls and ceiling and painted and put up mouldings and installed flooring. This looks beautiful and has really added value to our home. Alex and Jacob worked long and hard on all these projects over a few months. They really know what they were doing. We would HIGHLY recommend Appalachian Construction and Handyman.

Recently I reached out to Factory 2 you fence. From the first contact until today with the project completed I feel the way I tell my own clients we should feel, both glad we did it and would do it again. The price was completely fair, the team that arrived at my home was respectfully and professional. A great reflection on the company image. It is a real pleasure to have nothing but praise. Plus my fence is very long and incredibly straight. Thanks guys! Shawn owner of All Points General construction.

He stated that he would send the quote by email that evening. We did not receive the email, so we texted him stating that we did not get the quote. He stated that he ran out of time but would send the quote on August 6. As of today, October 8, we have not received a quote or a return call, email, or text message from anyone in the company. I was very disappointed that they did to have the courtesy send us a quote or even follow-up with a phone call or text. Hopefully, in the future they will give their customers better service than we received.

Two neighbors stopped to talk to the installers because they were interested. Paul did a good job of communicating the design to our daughter-in-law since we hadn't moved here yet. Kevin and his assistant worked long and hard. Susan in the office was pleasant and efficient. Also, when I phoned about a bag of cement left on the front porch, someone came out that day. The only reason the rating is not a 5 is because of the communication lapse. Not the end of the world, but I would have appreciated a return email when I inquired about the progress of the fence.

The Good: The fence & 3 gates were installed absolutely…read moreperfectly, couldn't ask for straighter lines, cleaner look, etc. Good communication and well-mannered employees. It took a little longer than expected to install due to the constant rain interruptions, but overall went very smoothly. All poles were set in concrete (unlike my neighbors fence unfortunately) I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I would highly recommend them for fence installs. The "Bad" (I took off 1 star for this): They removed my old wooden fence but left several of the old post holes not filled in. They also did a poor cleanup job of the old concrete pieces and left some concrete & mud on my driveway. I filled up 2 - 5 gallon buckets with left behind concrete chunks. They threw several larger pieces of concrete under my neighbors trees... They also got some of the Quickrete on my newly poured driveway & patio and didn't clean it off. I had to scrape it off with a shovel, but it still doesn't look like it should. The person (I think the owner) that picked up the final payment never offered to help clean up the area or send his guys back to do it. Instead, he send me instructions on how to clean the concrete spills off my newly poured driveway & patio... Very unprofessional... I just think they need to learn better customer service on the cleanup end of things. Overall, I'd definitely recommend them for fence installs, just keep an eye on their cleanup if they have to tear out an old fence, or just general cleanup after the install.
