It would not recognize the watch or enable us to use it in our car. Troy helped us resolve all our issues. His knowledge was AWESOME, his courtesy and tolerance were BRILLIANT, his efficiency was UNBELIEVABLE. If all employees were as good as Troy, then JB Hi Fi would have no competition. There are lots of JB's around but for me this store is an oasis in a desert. When the CD wars began…read morethis was the place to come to for a fantastic range, often at half the price of other places. Now, many those other places don't even stock CD's or the prices are so over the top it's hard to see how they stay in business. I often talk about supporting the little guy but here I'm compromising all for a store that gives me as good a deal as I'll get online and I get to feel all those CD's as I pore through the wide range of categories. I've also bought electronic gear here lately at very competitive prices and no fuss.
