So when it was finally my turn and I ordered the exact same thing, I was told again that they "didn't have any chocolate ice cream." I pointed out that she had literally just made the same order for the person before me using regular chocolate ice cream, and even pointed to the container sitting right there. At that point, the employee changed the explanation and said she "wasn't going to be able to scoop it out" -- even though I had just watched her do exactly that moments earlier. The whole interaction felt incredibly unfair and inconsistent. If you can serve it, then serve it to everyone. You don't pick and choose which customers get accommodated and which ones don't. She was absolutely right, I loved the yogurt so much more with honey and cinnamon. It will be my new go-to.
