The waiters were attentive but not overbearing. As I ordered they brought out new silverware for the dish I ordered. I ordered the Ceviche to start, they added a soup spoon to my silverware. Waited no more than 5-8 minutes for the dish to arrive at the table. The ceviche was one of the better restaurant styles I have had. (nothing beats homemade though). I ordered the Rib eye with spinach au gratin. The waiters added a new spoon and a steak knife to my table. The wait time for was a little longer at about 10-15 minutes. The Spinach au gratin was amazing! Really stole to meal. The rib eye came out on a skillet still sizzling. Asked for medium, as it came out it was medium rare. No big issue for me. The flavor was good, there was no overbearing seasoning. Just a salt and pepper splash to allow the flavor of the meat to come through. Overall a very enjoyable experience. I would suggest this place if you are in the area and want a good restaurant that feels a bit more upscale than it presents.
