That diver was just about past him and the taxi driver was looking at his departing passenger and started driving driving into traffic without looking. when he turned around he saw he was about to hit the car, his reaction was to blow his horn and then tail gate the driver very closely. He continued to follow him around the parking lot very closel. I got the phone number off the car and dialed it hoping to get the dispatcher but he picked up the phone and I asked if he was the driver of the red car, he thought I was the driver of the car he almost hit and he let go with a series of f bombs and other obstinacies . On my ride from the airport, it was suggested that the ride to the terminal from my hotel was short enough to do an uber. So I took the advice and communicated this with the owner and was told my entire reservation was canceled because I was taking a 5 minute uber to the terminal. This happened while on my trip so I had to find a ride back to the airport in a short amount of time. Horrible business. At no point was I told that I could not change any part of my reservation. A reservation with 3 separate trips (airport to hotel, hotel to ship, ship to airport). All separately priced trips - makes no sense - if this is the policy, why not communicate it? I wouldn't book with this company as they may not honor your booking and cancel mid trip.

I was a regular customer of Evershine and used them several times to go between Cocoa Beach and Orlando International Airport. We always paid $100 for a private ride for me and my husband which included $85 + $15 tip. Our son was flying in to visit us and I arranged with Evershine to pick him up at the airport and I instructed my son to bring $100 in cash. My son paid the $100 when he was dropped off at my apartment. I found out from him that a detour was made to pick up another passenger near the airport and that this passenger was dropped off near Cocoa Beach before dropping off my son. I was very upset because we were a steady customer and had paid for a private trip. The driver should have told my son that the charge was no longer $85 + tip because it hadn't been a private ride and should have charged him half the price. I felt that this was very dishonorable, and I called to complain and explained everything very clearly; I was told that they would get back to me to rectify this issue. I never heard from them again. Needless to say, I never used them again.

I feel like the cost was was fair. It cost $85.00 for the two of us in our private van. The van could have held more. I think this was cheaper than many shuttles full of people. I highly recommend EVERSHINE TAXI (321)704-0660. The dispatcher was polite and you might ask for LISA for your driver!!! Only thing that could be a problem is that some of the drivers need cash instead of using a card.

The price was reasonable for a shuttle from our hotel to the cruise terminal (1.5miles away). This is where is went wrong: Our scheduled pick up time was 10:15AM. We were outside waiting for our driver before 10AM. Our driver was Bill (who I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend). Bill texted me at 10:08AM saying that he was our driver and would be 15 minutes late due to traffic in Orlando. At 10:30AM he then said he was 4 minutes away. At 10:40AM I had to ask again where he was and he said 1/2 a mile. He arrived 30 minutes late. Due to his tardiness I only tipped him $10, as the men in our group loaded the luggage and the men at the terminal unloaded the luggage. Bill then rudely texted me after dropping us off at the terminal. And ultimately he finished the conversation saying he's an independent contractor and I'm a "cheap SOB." See pictures below of messages. The van itself with the trailer for luggage was fine and served its purpose but Bill's tardiness and rudeness via text message following the ride was uncalled for. Prior to booking, reading reviews on this company made me hesitant to book but I tried anyways. I wouldn't book again for the fear of getting Bill as our driver. I've read other drivers as great though, so that's the gamble you take. Maybe the company can find someone better than Bill.

This last trip rather than trying to juggle everyone's schedule I looked into Executive Livery to go to the Orlando Airport. That was a great decision that I highly recommend. When I went on the site I was a bit surprised that I needed to enter my contact info and I believe it was a Sunday. But I received a call back within 15 minutes at the most! The whole process was an absolute breeze. I spoke with Jeffrey Kabool, the owner, who discussed itinerary and needs with me. Everything was set up that day for a very reasonable price. I was informed who my driver would be the day before my trip and when he arrived in the compound he asked where I preferred for him to park (below ground or above). Of course he loaded the luggage and the vehicle was stocked , in case I was thirsty. The trip was comfortable and went by quickly. So rather than either trying to get connecting flights and switching planes to get a direct flight into Melbourne Florida, or inconvenience family or friends to have them pick you up or drop you off to or from Orlando, by all means give Executive Livery Service a try.
