Never again will I try to get an insurance quote from CAA again. Was talking with a man on the phone yesterday, just looking to get a quote on a vehicle I'm looking at buying. First of all, I was transferred 3 times lots of time explaining to many different people why I was calling. To keep getting transferrred. Last line I got transferred to was one of your brokers. He rushed me off of the phone. I'm a fairly new driver and once I had said that he instantly basically told me he couldn't help me, it was pointless. Blabbered for about 30 seconds so fast I couldn't understand anything but "bye" and he hung up on me.. without giving me the chance to ask any questions. Why I couldn't get a quote from them? They're an insurance company why the hell couldnt I get a quote? Absolutely worst service I have ever had. I work in customer service and I could tell you if I talked to someone like that at my work I wouldn't have my job much longer. Even if you guys have the lowest quote you can offer me. I'd prefer to pay more with another company just based on the way I was talked to on the phone. Good on you CAA for losing business. We will be making sure we are pulling our memberships from you guys and switching to someone else.
