If there was a way to describe perfection this would be it. A 3 star Michelin restaurant in the hills of Pontremoli - the restaurant patio sits overlooking a tranquil lush green back overlooking the hills. The service was astounding. The wine list featured local wines as well for the diner who enjoys experiencing local wines... and the food! OMG. the Variety! The locality! The flavor and love put into their dishes! I had the greatest Steak in MY LIFE there! It was like eating Irish butter with a grilled steak exterior with a slight crunch from flaked salt.... it was so tender, so flavorful.... I highly recommend this restaurant... and I suggest staying at their hotel as well, so you can stroll across the yard to the restaurant and stroll back so that the experience of dinner is not broken by getting in your car.....
