Great wash, constant tip texts hold it back…read more I've been a member since opening day. For a drive-through wash, they do an excellent job. My car comes out clean every time. The staff is friendly, quick, and consistent. I have never had an issue with the wash itself or the service on site. The problem is the follow-up. Every visit triggers multiple text messages asking for a tip. It happens every single time. Two messages per wash adds up fast. It turns a simple errand into a steady stream of notifications. Tip fatigue is real, and this setup pushes it. If they cut the repeated tip requests, this is an easy five-star experience. Until then, the quality stays high, but the experience feels cluttered.

He was also very good at upselling, which is a good thing because I just wanted to do one car wash but I got a better deal by getting more. I drive past at least 10 car washes to use Genesis because they are friendly, the place is spotless, the actual car wash gets every speck of dirt off, rinses well and really dries it as you leave. Twice as good as other car wash businesses. And don't get me started about the vacuum cleaners and wiping cloths they provide. My little grandson does the vacuuming and I do the dusting. My husband even remarked about how nice and clean it looked.

For $28 we went through a regular brush carwash after a guy sprayed the car with a hose that barely dampened the car. I discovered after exiting the wash for $28 I got the privilege of cleaning my own car inside and out. I don't believe a single bug was removed from the front of my car so I spent 20 minutes cleaning it myself. Then got to clean and vacuum the inside myself. For $30 I usually get a HAND WASH and total cleaning inside and out. Windows, vacuum etc. Needless to say I won't be going back to Splash Carwash. I need a recommendation for a good car wash in the LR area.

I had a very negative experience with Splash Express Car Wash on Chenal in Little Rock this week…read more While traveling thru the washing equipment, I was hit from behind from a large pick-up truck. Apparently, the car wash operator failed to check to make sure that the vehicle was put into neutral. And, when the vehicle started moving forward, he failed to stop the machine in a timely manner. To my surprise the General Manager of the Car Wash denied any responsibility for the damage to my vehicle. The employees at the Car Wash would not even look at my damages and expressed a total "non-caring" attitude about these damages. And when I requested the contact information for their regional manager or someone else in management at the company who I could talk with, they would not even provide me with any information. I was very excited when Splash opened this beautiful facility some 6-8 months ago and I thought that they would be a welcome addition to our community. But this experience has shown me that they don't really care about their customers.
