Instead of the $25 she quoted me in cash it went up to $43 plus $3 for the debit card transaction fee. Told him I wasn't paying a transaction fee because there was on mention of that. The problem with this so called cab company is there are no meters so they can basically charge what they want when they want. So even though he said he'd waive the $3 he lied and charged it anyway. They are money hungry and they are overcharged people. Do not call this shady A** company. They will never get a call from me. Whoever is replying to this don't waste your time. You know exactly what you and your company can do. Shisters! Continuation: the Uber driver told you Taberna. Not me. Stop trying to make it seem like it's my fault. Pathetic. Get you price and directions before you drive halfway there. Unorganized, unprofessional, sorry thangs. I'm gonna spread the word. I wasn't too sure if they were going to confirm, so I have them a call the morning of my flight. One of the employees answered very nicely and reminded of my pickup location and the time. They accept both cash and card. Aaron was waiting for me 5-minutes prior to my reservation time in the lobby of my hotel. He was very friendly and took care of my bags. He was a very cautious driver and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire drive. They're located right in the lobby of the airport, near the car-rental centers. Very convenient!

Victor, the owner, was pleasant and helpful only until I needed to cancel a reservation. I called ahead out of courtesy, personally notified him, and apologized. That's when the professionalism completely disappeared. What followed was a rude and hostile response: "That's fine, don't call us again--you won't be able to use our services in the future. We won't help you," followed by abruptly hanging up. This was a standard cancellation by a paying customer, not a favor. For a business owner, reacting with pettiness and hostility over something so routine is embarrassing and reflects poorly on both leadership and business integrity. If this is how a simple cancellation is handled, it raises serious concerns about how real issues would be addressed. It's 2026--customer experience, professionalism, and reputation matter. With only a handful of reviews, all one star, this interaction unfortunately reinforces the existing pattern rather than improving it.
