Such person could not care less. She points vaguely "if we have it it must be somewhere there". Actually, she was wrong - the had it, on a different floor, but not in my wife's size. We went down, checked the window - and bang! there was it. Sadly, they can not sell stuff from the window. All in all, almost an hour wasted in a customer-unfriendly atmosphere. Sorry, not good enough.
