From the moment I walked in all the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The facility is spotlessly clean and well equipped for any type of PT or OT someone would need. I had the pleasure and privilege to work with William Lucas who was the consummate professional; kind, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. He pushed me to reach my capabilities and it paid off tremendously. I came in for my first appointment right after surgery in a walker with so much pain I could hardly walk. I left today, 7 weeks later, able to walk nearly pain-free and able to do things I have not been able to do before my knee was replaced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CPOT to anyone who needs help with PT or OT. Hats off to a tremendous team and thank you to all of you for getting me back on my feet!

Man has it changed over the years. All very old people who look like they are the ones who need to learn how to walk better. Unfriendly and not knowledgeable. I have lots of unanswered questions because they don't know what to respond with. And the last time I was there for PT one of the "physical therapists" came out of the office very grumpy and started cutting my straps off my knee brace. Now since I went that time, my brace slides off and it very uncomfortable to wear. I DO NOT recommend this place and I will be switching to a different location. Not happy.
