The rink feels like it hasn't been updated or cleaned since the 1980s. The bathrooms are absolutely disgusting with no soap, constant vandalism, and often unusable. On Friday nights, teenagers run the place with no supervision. Profanity is nonstop, vaping (including marijuana) happens openly, and staff does nothing about it. I've seen teens so intoxicated they vomited on the floor, which was not cleaned up. There is almost no staff presence, and the employees behind the counter are rude and dismissive. When concerns were raised, the response was essentially "don't come back if you don't like it." This is not a safe, clean, or family-friendly environment. If you're looking to actually enjoy skating, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

The rental skates are ok for going once but if you have your own skates I'd recommend bringing your own. Sizes are from children's 9 to adult size 13, so if you have big feet beware. Great outing for couples, families, and friends; bundle up and get there to enjoy this lovely Christmas display and skating experience!

I ended up sending a Facebook message to Next Level and they responded right away and told me they could probably help me out, so we discussed what I needed and set an appointment for today. When we arrived the shop was clean and the owner, Lindsay, was quick to greet us. She set me up with the skates we had discussed, and after seeing my issue pulled another set of skates for me to try. She was very gracious in answering all of my questions, and swapped out the rink wheels on the skates I chose for a set of outdoor wheels in my favorite color at no charge. She chatted with me for a while after the transaction was complete and was really pleasant and informative. I will absolutely return to this shop when I'm ready for "big girl" skates, but for now I couldn't be happier with my Sure Grips. I can't wait to take them outside tomorrow!

We bought a cheap pair on line so she had something to open on Christmas and made an appointment to find her the real deal. They resounded quickly via FB messenger and shared what brands they carry so I could look before going in. They are open by appointment, so we had the full attention of the sales person and the entire shop to ourselves. The person was friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter pick out her skates and we were out the door in no time. I highly recommend shopping local and supporting small businesses. I am hoping to return soon to get me a pair of skates!
