Friday came and went with no show or word from these people. So o called them again and the same man said he never talked to me. I told him he called me from the number I just called then told him again what I needed. He said he'd be out again on a Friday. After waiting 2hrs after the time he gave me I texted him and he was extremely rude. Saying he doesn't want to drive so far out of his way just for an estimate. So I told him we won't be using him. He said he doesn't do fences and he thought I knew that but when I originally talked to him I asked if he could do trees and a femce. He never said he couldn't. He still made a appointment to do the estimate. He should have just told me in the beginning he doesn't do fences or it's too far. The worst customer service ever.

Meier & Sons were the most affordable in the area by far! We contacted Meier & Sons regarding the removal of a pine tree that was too close to our home. There was clear and concise communication throughout the entire process! Additionally, they provided high quality work as well as work ethic and completed the job in a timely manner! They arrived at 9am and the entire tree was chopped down by 10:30am, full clean up (including stump grinding) was completed the SAME DAY by 11am! Lastly and most importantly in my opinion, Logan and his team of professionals were extremely courteous and humble! Due to that aspect alone, we would 100% work with this company again and definitely recommend him to every single person we know and/or anyone who is looking for a tree service company!
