I was also told they no longer have an Instagram page and are using a new website, which honestly made me question whether they are trying to hide bad reviews or rebrand due to past issues. To make matters worse, there was no refund available for the deposit despite the terrible customer service and lack of communication. Overall, a very frustrating and unprofessional experience.
