We detected many problems and poor workmanship and Jason and Chasity assured us that any and all problems would be corrected at their expense. They have completely ignored calls and texts. Decking boards popping up (was not aware that the we're using nail gun instead of screws til too late), deck sloping wrong direction ( channels water toward house instead of away from house and off deck), many, many boards split by sloppy nailing at end of boards, sloppy cuts, railing not notched out at posts, posts extend above railing on steps (also railing is uneven), structural support (8x8) tied to the frame with 3/8" lag screws instead of galvanized bolts, stair stringer cut too short and instead of starting over with new boards they scabbed off of the short boards , did not install any flashing against home and basically left a mess upon completion. Do not rely on Facebook posts as they have blocked my review. Pictures and explanations available.
