Mr B.G telephoned c and m carpets at 8.35am to request a job to be carried out. At this time we are very busy loading up the carpet fitters to ensure all the bookings organised are met to the time slots given. My response was "sorry to interrupt you but we are very busy at the moment please can I take your phone number and call you back as soon as we are free" B.G response was make sure you give me priority as its an emergency!! He continued to retaliate and at that point I replied " if it's that much of an emergency call 999. His reply was stop cunting me off!! At this point I called him a knobhead and the phone went down. 10 minutes later I recieve a call from his partner and she replied "if you don't do the work I will bad mouth you and write up bad reviews on your company! She then explained that they have had a death in the family and she is pregnant. I telephoned several minutes later to apologise for calling him a knobhead but everyone has problems in there life which is no excuse to take out on a salesman! I guess customers are always right and I should have been professional enough to terminate the telephone conversation before it escalated.
I have been running my business for 15 years now providing the best possible service and providing very reasonable prices saving my customers a lot of money. A lot of my customers are repeat custom! I guess you can't please everyone.
They are very bitter customers I'm guessing due to there circumstances I hope it all gets better for them. read more
