She has made several mistakes on my taxes that my financial advisor found, did not follow up on missing info, ignored information provided and made decisions that were quite unethical without discussing first which we did not agreed to. It seems like the only thing she cares about is making a buck with no regard for her customers. Outside of being unethical, not service oriented at all, her ego is so huge that you are not allowed to question her or she gets really testy and actually allows herself to raise her voice as well. Our office manager was smart enough to "play dumb" and ask questions as the caller sounded like he was reading from a script. He went so far as to ask for access into the EMR system so he could help run reports. They have a website, look legit, and maybe they are but are highly unethical. I called and they are absolutely off shore. When I questioned him that I played back the call and heard how he represented himself, he laughed as scammers do. There are reputable companies out there that will assist such as Chirpy Bird and others. If you need help navigating MIPS, check with your EMR vendor- they likely can assist directly or give you a 3rd party they have worked with before.
