After calling several places, I was blessed to reach Kody at Up Above Tree Service LLC. Even though it was a Sunday evening, he came right out within 45 minutes to help. He removed the large branch safely without causing any roof or surrounding area damage, inspected the roof for compromised structure issues, and provided my sister and I with peace of mind at a fair price. The service was exceptional, the communication was fantastic, and the clean-up job was bar none the best experience we could have imagined. He turned a stressful emergency into a smooth, perfect experience. I cannot thank Kody enough for his consistent communications every step of the way with me.
