I ordered a shed from these people. They told me 4 to 6 weeks it took 4 months. Their excuse was the Covid. But when I ordered it we were in the middle of covid. No communication from the salesman Hank. During the 4 months of waiting I never received any communication from Hank explaining the delay or apologizing for the delay or anything. I had to reach out to him several times. Very unprofessional! I posted my comments and concerns on Facebook but Hank the salesman took the post off so nobody could read negativity about him or the company...! That's the way they choose to deal with customer complaints or concerns. I would not recommend anyone buying a shed from Hank. During one of my few phone calls with Hank I expressed my concerns and that I was very unhappy with him and with the lack of communication that I have received from him, and I intended to not give him a good review his answer to me was "OK" All they care about is just selling a shed making money. read more
