It was hot, and just wasn't a pleasant experience. Well since this I can say things have definitely changed. The washer/dryers are very updated and not too pricey. There are four vending machines available for use. If you forget to bring your own laundry detergent, there is a vending machine. A bill-to-bill machine to break large bills into smaller ones. Also, a machine to create a laundry member card for washing/ drying machines. The soda machine was refreshing. A large TV was great to keep people entertained while waiting for their laundry to finish. Staff were friendly and helpful to all patrons. I was able to wash all my clothing without any problems. I used my own debit card to pay for all the machines used. Some people brought their dirty laundry to the rear to be washed, folded, or hung up. I encourage you to look at my photos.

They also called to make sure I was using a container that would keep everything together for the sake of their drivers which I thought was sweet. They sent someone to pick the order up from my house, washed everything, folded it, and got it back to me even quicker than my usual service! It was a little more than I was expecting but admittedly that's my fault because I didn't check to see how much I put in the hamper. Plus when they sent me my clothes back not a thing was missing and they sent along a little toy! It's a small golden egg with a disco ball and a little poem about laundry inside which I thought was really cute. My kitten loved the egg and has been whacking it around the house since. All in all, great service, great people. Thank you so much!
