They are the worse business in the world they don't send you statements and also when you're up to date on your bills with them they come to your house and take away your dumpster and when you ask the guy why he's taking it he doesn't speak one word of English and has to bring his phone out to translate so no I do not recommend this POS company I wish I could give it zero stars read more

C&C Disposal has terrible customer service. I cancelled my service and the trash bin was picked up by them and they continued to bill me. I spoke with management and they said I had to pay the bill or I would be sent to collections. How can I owe for a service that was cancelled and fully paid for? Maybe this is how they were able to get a new building, by robbing their customers!!! I DO NOT RECCOMMEND C&C DISPOSAL!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PUEBLO BUSINESS!!!! NO STAR RATINIG HERE!!!! C&C DISPOSAL YOU SUCK!!!! LOOKS LIKE THE OTHERE REVIEWERS THING THE SAME THING!!!!! read more

I have a very high opinion of c&c disposal. I live out in the county. They have not missed picking up my trash once. They ALWAYS close the gates and respect the animals. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY DAMAGED OUR FENCE AND REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! They actually told me today that because I gave permission to have a roll- off from their company that it's my responsibility for the damage they caused. We didn't even have the size roll-off we wanted because it takes them a year to get a 2-yard roll-off set up with wheels and a lock bar. They sent someone out to look at a closed gate. You cannot see the damage their driver caused when the gate is closed. I told them to "F-off". Worst company and customer service ever!!!!!! read more

During the past year we have had numerous problems. Our trash was not being picked up regularly and we had to call to get it picked up. We had auto pay with them and they suddenly took the money out a month early. Then they tried to double bill us, saying we hadn't paid. At that point, we canceled service. They didn't pick up the tote, WHICH WAS FULL OF TRASH BECAUSE THEY'D MISSED US AGAIN. I called them three different times to come get the tote. it was finally taken away a month later(still full of the now very ripe trash). NOW we just received a bill for service even though we CANCELED THREE MONTHS AGO and haven't had service with them since March. They say we owe it because they have no record of the original cancellation. USE C&C TRASH SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK read more

They are the worst trash service in Pueblo and there customer service sucks also . They miss pickup day and are not willing to pick up even though they make a mistake on their route. read more

Make sure if you get a dumpster from C&C you have to them SPECIFICALLY you need to be able to open the door of the dumpster. I didn't think this was something I needed to say, since it seems like COMMON SENSE but it isn't. I called to see if they can move it back 4 feet so I can open it and they said they have to charge $95 to fix something that, if their drivers were trained could have been avoided. Thank you for charging me $400 for a dumpster I CAN'T EVEN properly use. read more

I leave my trashcan 5 inches from the sidewalk and if I dont pull it those other 5 inches onto the sidewalk they will not take it. They put it down as trash was not at the curb. Literally less that a step from the curb. Trash company is literally trash read more

If i could give them a negative star review I would. worst communication. worst customer service. you would think having a trash service be pretty straight forward, but every freaking week it was like an act of God to get our trash picked up. transferring our service to our new address less than a mile away was a nightmare and you wouldve thought we asked them to send a man to the moon. their call center and dispatchers are the rudest humans to walk the earth. This company should close its doors before on it embarasses itself even further. do not do business with this company unless you like being frustrated and fighting every week. read more

Never picked our trash. Office blamed it on the new system. Just total bullshit, no credit, no anything

Trash is usually left in the tote. More than likely if the wind is blowing you will find trash scattered everywhere. Upon requesting a refund, cnc states they do not refund any left over payments. I would definitely suggest another service. read more

Have tried to pay my bill on four different occasions this month. All four times I was kept on hold. While moving up the queue each time once reaching #1 spot I was kicked over to voicemail. There has been one issue after another each time I have called in. I don't think Ive ever had a harder time trying to pay a bill! These people obviously no longer want my business. As of today I obliged them. I should have known better that their service was sub par after a former employer of mine had terrible service from this company read more

We've had them for 14 years!!! Totally gone down the drain! Trash is never picked up on time and you can't get ahold of anyone. When they do come they dump half your trash on the street and keep going! Looking for a new company now! read more

Caught an employee from C&C on camera stealing my property from me. When I called and complained and asked for my stuff back, they said they would talk to the driver and get me my property back. That never happened, so they said they would credit my account for my loss. I decided to cancel my service after 10 years, and have a credit that they have said since November 2021 that they would refund me. Still haven't gotten a refund, I have called no less than 5 times, and just like the other postee, I get every excuse and it will be taken care of. 5 months for a refund, I'm not holding my breath. Stay away from this locally owned company, the owner should be ashamed. read more

Want to get ripped off ? try going to Cand C transfer station. We are doing a job and had to use them. There price $123.00. Went to another transfer station with the same trailor and near the same amount of debris $23.00. Screw me once adios. L. Trujillo read more

This company is terrible. They are always late or don't pick up at all. We finally cancelled their service and have been waiting three weeks for them to pick up their cans. Use literally any other service out there. read more

Horrible service. Very dishonest organization. They should be shut down for fraud. I paid my hard earned money for them to collect my trash. Not only did they never show up, but they used the silliest, lamest excuses for why they didn't show up. read more

Can't say enough good things about the team at C&C Disposal. I've been a regular residential customer for years, and I've been thoroughly delighted with C&C's service, for both trash and recycling. And on two occasions, I've needed a roll-off dumpster for big clean-up projects, and they are prompt and courteous from the staff on the phone to the pro driver in the truck. Very reasonable prices, too! I see some people have had unpleasant things to say about C&C here... I know the proprietors have dared to speak out on key community issues (for which there are always harsh opponents), so I can't help but wonder if the "flames" here are more about trying to "cancel" these folks and their business, and not really related to their actual service or the "reviewers'" true experiences. When I see foul language in poorly-written reviews, it always makes me wonder about an ulterior motive. I highly recommend C&C Disposal for anyone in their service area! Try them for yourself. I think you'll find your experience with them to be similar to mine: delightful! One less thing to worry about. read more

If you want a trash company that you pay and they never pick up your trash this is your company. This is the 3rd time they haven't picked up our trash.Customer service is so worthless and has zero idea what's going on. Save yourself the time and find a better trash company! read more

They are SOOO short staffed they can't get dumpsters delivered. And now they won't service outside of areas.

Do not use this company. I had roll off and port a let services with this company for over three years. The port a let was cleaned two times in a good month but was surely billed for four time a month cleaning. Called the office on a weekly basis to let them know the port a let was not cleaned. I am paying for a service and being a business owner don't have time to chase down services that I am paying another company to do. Office help are rude and not easy to work with. IE...they suck read more

Terrible!!! We have tried for 2 months to have them pick up their roll-off. We have called multiple times to have them pick it up. After not showing up after numerous promises they now are charging us an extra trash fee since it has now become the neighborhood dumpster. We now have to hire someone to clean up the mess and have it hauled away. ONLY THEN will they pick up the dumpster. Most crooked and unprofessional company. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! read more

Worst company ever. They are late every week with pick up. Have to call to resolve. Some weeks they never show up at all blaming new drivers. If they weren't such a shitty company maybe they could keep people. Their customer service sucks. Do not recommend waste of money and ti.e. read more

Do not bother wasting (pun intended) your money on this company. They have NOT picked up my trash on time or indeed at all several times in the last month. There is a different excuse every time I call. Including the last call a young woman informed me that they were completely unaware I was having issues, even though I have had to call every week and ask them to do their job. There is a new driver, the driver was sick, they don't know what happened they will pick it up first thing tomorrow (and that never happens either), etc, etc. etc. When I dared to tell the young woman on the phone that I was unhappy with their services. She hung up on me. read more

Great customer service and easy setup for new service! Quick service in bring me my new residential trash can.

Bad customer service and business practices. Delivery was great. When it came time to pickup roll off on schedule date they did not show. I called and they did a no call no show on the second pickup date. One week after the original pickup date I called again and asked for a partial refund as they took up my property space and was told no refund with a horrible attitude. Would not recommend to family or friends. read more

We have been paying over $100 for recycle and trash pick up for some years now and we have caught the trash guys on multiple occasions (including this morning) dumping our recycles (that we pay extra for) in with the regular trash. I paid for a entire year and 6 times they haven't dumped it and only called with an excuse twice. They never take the extra trash they claim you get to put on side. So I called again and they lied and said they would dump it the next day and never did read more

We had C&C for over ten years but we recently changed due to their unreliable service and poor communication. We had a driver that refused to come through our alley for pickup ... he wanted it on the front curb. We tried that twice but once they missed pickup and the second time their truck left a terrible stench puddle on our street. The office staff on the phone was rude, unapologetic and full of excuses. We live in the Aberdeen area by city park with wide, clean alleys ... No Reason for street pickup! We requested to speak to the owner who never called back! read more

Very poor service the past year. Had to sign a contract for 1 year- cost over $700.00 Weekly service was not provided at least 50% of the time. Cancelled contract after six months and they assured me I would receive a refund. Now after weekly calls since 12/30/21 there has been no refund. Many excuses with no results. "the check is in the mail" has not been true. Run from this company! read more

Worst Company ever. Had used them for 10 years and were wonderful/ last 6 months absolutely horrible. Missed pickups, broke trash bin, left empty bin in middle of driveway so you had to get out and move it to get in. Cancelled service, told to have bin out for pickup- was out in driveway for a week- never picked up. Now 2 months later get a bill saying I owe for container. Called and got nowhere even though it was their fault for never picking up bin. No wonder they have been loosing customers! read more

We have used C and C for years, and never had any complaints. Until now. Trash day is Tuesday, my trash goes out on Monday night. It is now Thursday, and my trash MIGHT be picked up on Friday. Meanwhile cats are getting into my trash and scattering it......Just go elsewhere. read more

Whoever answered my calls was sort of condescending and rude. It would be nice if they could have at least given me a general idea of when the roll off would be delivered. I ordered it for a rental, and I had to basically make myself available for the entire day just to sign for it. Simply telling me if it would be in the morning or the afternoon would have been helpful. They caused damage delivering it, and then, worst of all, they didn't show up to pick it up when it was scheduled to be picked up. i asked if it could be picked up early, and they refused. As a result, it became the neighborhood dumping spot. I won't use that company again. I had another roll-off delivered a few days ago from another company. Their driver was super nice, and told me they could pick it up as soon as I'm done with it. The person who answered the phone when I ordered it was also very nice. My advice: Use Dionisio. They're a much better company to deal with. I would give C & C zero stars if it was possible. read more
